A video recorded in Belfast in April 2023 as part of the Citybus@50 event.
April 1973 saw the creation of Citybus in Belfast, providing bus services around the city. To mark the 50th anniversary of the occasion, Irish Transport Heritage organised a special event on 1st April 2023. Preserved buses gathered at Galwally House before setting off on runs around the city, recreating some routes of the past. This video contains some footage of those special runs, as well as the current bus scene in Belfast city centre, where Citybus has become Metro.
