Would love to watch some videos on 1) the business/sales side of how you market for customers and employees (other than referrals), 2) What a customer experiences from the time they call to you until after the job is done, 3) Who you are and how you started this business. Is there a reason you used a half base black in between the 2 full blocks, rather than just turn one perpendicular to the first one?

Do you core fill the holes in island ?
