I just got this vacuum, it does feel very sturdy, better than the cheapest Dyson, I has three speeds and I’m loving it. Thanks for the video, I couldn’t figure how to clean it with the manual included. I hope it last at least 2 years.

We can't get the top filter off where the speed controls are so 2 of the 3 filters we are unable to clean. Help please!! Customer service is no help 😞

i can't for the life of me remove the filter that's by the control panel! i twist in the direction of the arrows and it doesn't budge, any tips?

@@c.l.a.m.9378 no, i tried and my husband did as well but we've never been able to get it off. eventually i just stopped trying and just try to clean everything else really well.
