In order to receive full 3 Gbps speed, you need to have a compatible network card as well. Do the speed test on modem it self and Chek how much modem is receiving? You have very old computer and I believe you don't have required network card in order to get 3 Gbps speed

I checked with a 2.5 Gb network card with cat 8 cable but the speed is not touching 1 gig.

You mentioned about to put in BRIDGE MODE, could you kindly tell me from where you put to bridge mode? Because I want to use my Asus router to have full control. I appreciate,if you can just say in short steps how to do it. Thank you!

@@arpapj5023 Press the Reset Button (located on the side of the unit) and hold it while pressing the OK button for about 7 to 9 seconds and you are in bridge mode. Please note that in Bridge mode, you lose the TV, Phone and Built in Wifi. To reset it back to default, Proceed to Press the Reset button and the OK button at the same time for about 7 to 9 seconds and it reset back to default. Hope this helps.
