How do you recommend attaching the balsa wood embroidery piece to the faux greenery wreath? It is a bit too big to just set in the amongst the leaves.

We just nestled it in the leaves of the wreath. It should hold the balsa wood. If you want a stronger hold, you could try glue or wire to attach it more firmly. ❤️

What thickness is the balsa wood? I will also ask what needle was used?

The balsa wood is 1/16th! A 75/11 needle is recommended! ❤️

Definitely would like to know more about what needle and speed of machine. Im thinking one would slow down the machine for something like this…
