Why though?

​@@coolapple6592 I have some reasons for hating it: - The language is extremely eurocentrist for an auxiliary interlang - I never understood why an auxiliary language has to be this complex, since in my opinion they be created for making communication easier on the spot, maybe by sacrificing gender, conjugation, plural or something. - Its ortography doesnt look the best - everytime someone says "Kiel" I get confused because I think its me but no theyre just speaking esperanto

Perhaps, mister, I shall say, that Esperanto is the simplest a language could get. They sacrificed the gender of words already, and the rule of plural indication and conjugations are simplified to adding "j" at the end of a word to indicate plurality, or "n" to indicate conjugation. Esperanto is insanely easy to learn, so you are wrong with the second point you maid. But, however, indeed, Esperanto is a eurocentrist language, but however, as a Russian native speaker (I'm Kazakh, and no, I don't know my own language, which is a shame), and only an English learner, I believe that Esperanto is insanely easy to learn, no matter that it has very few connections to Slavic languages.@@vahkiel1042

@@vahkiel1042 "the language is extremely eurocentristic" I do agree. However, having looked up the ammount of languages (approximately just over 7000), I can tell you that it would be impossible to include every language in existance. Especially because Esperanto gets a lot of its simplicity from reducing its vocabular (If you've ever learned a language outside of school you'll know that vocabular is always the most tendious part of learning) for example "varma"= warm, "malvarma"= cold. This "mal" as a prefix gets rid of basically half of all the adjectives and some nouns too. About the point with sacrificing gramatical gender: it already did. About the rest: it is made the most easy you can get. Plural, as was already mentioned by @bazartv2.031 , is litteraly one letter. Verb conjugation is basically the same as you only have one verb ending per tense (there are only three tenses) and those even are entirely regular.

@@vahkiel1042 Esperanto might be Eurocentric, but the Chinese still learn that language at University. So it's possible to learn a language even if the ancestors came from a different continent.
