Use positive reinforcement, if Cookie has a favorite type of soft treat you can break it into tiny pieces and give them to her when she’s behaving well. Also try to schedule in some specific time for Cookie to get attention each day. As Bella gets older I wouldn’t leave them alone together unsupervised. I always had my dog go with me or took my baby with me.

I'm so glad that you guys decided to stay together, and that God blessed you with Bella. She is Glorious, word of advice see if she will take a pacifier instead of sucking on her two middle fingers, because it will make her depended on them for security & comfort. And it is hard to break, I know a couple of grown ups that still suck 5heir fingers, and it came cause her teeth to be pushed out.
