cant believe i only just now found your channel. You are an excellent player and that story time with rampage when you sucked out on aces with queens was hilarious
The Queen Lily segment is the perfect companion to The Tale of Two Kings. ❤ The line "sovereign dollars" in that accent makes my head spin though; surely it should be pounds or quid? 😂
Those first 2 double ups, if you didn't have them recorded, i never would have believed it, lol, that alone should have eased the pain of that headache 😂
😁🤣🤣🤣 I'll occasionally/infrequently check the SB dark (@ small stakes...), with the intention of x-raising? "it skoodles their noodles..." "A maniac image ensues" without doing much else .. 👍😂😂👍 (I wouldn't do this at any stake/bankroll shy of 70 - 100 buy-ins though.. but it can be a hoot to unsettle a table..😁👍) Excellent vlog, like always....🎉
Never got the pleasure of playing with you in St Charles....I've finally started playing more at Hollywood as the games there are much better. Hope you're around when I'm in Vegas in May.
Checking in flow is completely standard regardless of if its announced in the form of a dark check or not. Most ppl who construct donking ranges aren’t balanced with it either so I’d say almost everyone in this pool would be better off auto checking all flops to the PFR
The donk ranges in live 5/10 are just as un-balanced as the rest of the ranges. The dark check just removes the ability for them to do it especially when you are "dark checking 100%". It's a huge tell if you are only dark checking a portion of your range
@@TheDrawingDeadVlog sure, but this guy was auto dark checking which is no different then auto playing in flow every hand. If you’re saying he wasn’t always dark checking from the SB then that’s different
Well done, Sir... 👏👍 You actually got "future wifie" to do a "lil" sumthin(pun intended) I'm glad you stayed until it dried up! 🤑 And PS, the chat was lit 4real with the "off the reservation" joint... I went to battle for your honor, fam 🎖 *Stay the course!!!
The check in the dark is to try to figure out what you have on the flop check in the dark pre-flop and then watch his action to the flop and your last act so you're technically in position of your heads up if you check in the dark on the flop only
"Dark Checking" doesn't give you position, the act of "dark checking" only hampers you as it doesn't allow you to donk. The true "in position" player can still choose to check back and close the action on that street
As always top notch content Jaman! I love Lily's voice over on the pocket Queens! Congratulations on a very nice win! You are going to go back to back just make sure that the vacuum cleaner is broken so you can show up to get your spoils and recognition! #overachiever!
Based on the quality you put on these vlogs id say you deserve at least 200k subs. How come thats not the case is what im wondering. I guess the big poker vlog accounts switch things up. By shifting between tourneys and cashgames or like mariano; by quickly moving up in stakes. Interesting. Youre definitely the most creative one in terms of story telling the hands.
Dunno, i've never been one for the analytics(e.g. views, subs) and such. I just create and then the public can consume if they want. I never even know my metrics when someone asks...tis not my goal :)
People usually only chop in smaller stakes games where they're taking a rake or a drop. This game is a time rake so there's no chopping going on since the casino isn't taking money out of the pot.
Hey Jamin what is going on at the WSOP this year? I hear that people aren't aloud to shuffle their chips? I hope it was a April Fools joke. Can you give me a Straight answer? Thanks You do Great Vlogs.
Yes I have played a few years at the WSOP I also play the Circuit a little mainly Cherokee. I appreciate your comment I actually thought I may have to quit play or bring a Yo Yo or something lol. May you have amazing year at the WSOP this year.
AK suited isn't evil. It's probably one of the top 10 starting hands (maybe even top 5). AKo is evil. It looks like a good starting hand, but it plays about as well as a suited 3-gapper.
@@TheDrawingDeadVlog I’ve been watching your vlogs for years I know your voice. I was just talking about the AI voice at the beginning. You have a good voice for narration and the AI voice at the beginning just felt really out of place. Also a lot of vloggers have been using them lately and I think it’s tackey. That’s just me though. Great two episodes though! Awesome session.
So. 4+ hours, sitting with a pounding head and diminished hearing, two hands in +/- you are ahead $7k. 4 hours later ahead $7k. 🤦♂️ Jaman! GO HOME!!! 😂
@@claytonplaiaThe term doesn't refer to their casinos, which is a relatively recent development (70's/80's). Jaman usage was as-in "out of the ordinary", which is it's common usage. As to whether it's offensive, that's not for me to decide; but given the history I can certainly see an argument for it...
