I have read some people have problems with feet ankles turning in when using???? Amy experiences with this?.. this is a huge investment for me. Please give me any safety issues , if any, that you have experienced. Thank you.
I bought a 44 “ classic 5 years ago.....it has helped me with my arthritis in both knees.... i had stopped using it because of this.....but then i find out it can help. It does! It makes me sweat doing some of the most simple moves....yes...I’m so glad i bought it~
Such a valuable tool for joint health and mobility. A great exercise and lymphatic drainage device. I've used 3 different mini-trampolines and this is by far the best rebounder in my opinion!
Ordered mines three weeks ago. It was supposed to be here by now. I’m so excited. This video was helpful. This lets me see how much space I need. It looks huge!
So happy to hear this! Have you had to replace the bungees since you bought it? Are you still using it? I read on the Bellicon site the bungees only last 1.5 - 2 years, but I'm hoping since I'm getting "extra strong" and I'm only 120 lbs they will last longer... Thanks for sharing your experience!
@@allhimwithme5115 hi, I still use my Bellicon almost daily. Items is perfect condition. Im only 48kg so expect it to last due to being a light weight 😂 Go for it, it’s brilliant.
Nothing worked to cure my Plantars Fasciitis. The Bellicon worked right away. Love mine. I choose a softer bounce 44'' & with the T bar. Love the classes.
I love hearing things like this! That's awesome. So glad to hear that your bellicon was so useful in helping to heal your plantars fasciitis. Keep it up!!
I'm in Michigan too and this will be great during our winter months. As a beginner, I was looking to start with something less expensive but it seems like the Bellicon is the way to go. I wish there was a store that sold different brands so i could try each of them out but they only sale the really cheap springy ones 😕
Hi Erica! Nice! Yeah, there are a lot of rebounder brands... I've tried most of them and Bellicon is the best. It's also an investment that will last much longer.
Hi Erica, Hope you're well! I'm from Michigan too! I must have missed that part! idk how! lol Honestly I've tried 3-4 different bellicon brands and the Bellicon is simply the best. It has the best frame, the best bounce, and also the quietest and most portable. It's something you'll get into the flow of using and benefit from for a good 10 years.. My mom and brother have both had their bellicon's for a good 5 years now and there's barely sign of wear and tear. The lymphatic and circulation benefits are totally worth it! Check out their site here: www.bellicon.com/shop/us_en?acc=aa46d03833e3fc5f9fa6189ac3db4af9&___store=us_en
Awesome video! Thank you! And, it was very helpful with my decision. I’ve watched your video many times and I finally bought a Bellicon this month. I’m glad I waited because they had a Memorial Day 10% off and I took advantage of the sale. I got the 39” all pink Classic with standard mat and screw-in legs. I’m tiny but I chose the extra strong bungees. It only took 2 weeks to wait. I plan to order the carry bag and frame cushions. I bought this rebounder to help with my digestive system and I feel a difference already. I’m very happy with my pink trampoline!
Really happy to hear that! I love the Bellicon. It is my favorite trampoline rebounder by far (and I've tried most if not all of the main ones) I'm glad you're enjoying it!! Keep bouncing!
@@anastrawberry8047 If you have digestive issues like I do, rebounding helps stimulate the bowel movement (the contraction of muscles in your intestines) and prevents bowel obstruction. It also helps move food faster in the large intestine.
@@anastrawberry8047 You’re welcome! Also drink plenty of water! My doctor told me to have a sip of water after each bite and chew your food a thousand times. And, I try not to eat late at night.
Jumpsort is alright, used to have one.. The bellicon's bounce is just much smoother. The frame and bungees are a softer bounce. I like Bellicon a bit more having used both!
I appreciate this review and seeing your mom actually demo'ing on the rebounder! I'm considering the Bellicon and want to ask for your recommendations for use by myself 5'3" 135 lbs and husband 6'1 220 lbs. Looking at the 44" foldable legs with comfort mat with a bar. Wondering if this size will be appropriate for both of us to use and also which bungie strength would be a good to accommodate us both. Thanks for your input!
Hi Ellen, I apologize for not responding sooner. Since your husband weighs more I would recommend getting the strong bands in his weight class, that way it will handle his weight and yours both. You can pick that band strength next to the chart for 220 pounds at this link here: www.bellicon.com/shop/us_en?acc=aa46d03833e3fc5f9fa6189ac3db4af9&___store=us_en Enjoy your rebounder! I'm sure that your husband and you will both love it!
I realize it's a year later, sorry - I just found this because I'm about to buy a Bellicon, and I'm stunned to read your description of you and your husband because I just did a live chat with Bellicon about us - I'm 5'2" and 120 and my husband is 6'1" and 200 - they said "extra strong" would work for both of us (even though the calculator picked "medium" for me). I hope you have long since figured this out and are happily bouncing away by now, LOL!
@@allhimwithme5115hi 👋 ☺️ I'm late to this whole party but had to ask if you both have enjoyed using the extra strong bungees? I'm in the market for a rebounder and was leaning towards getting the Strong but starting to think Extra Strong is the way to go. I go back and forth afraid it might be too jarring. Anyways would love to hear about your experience. -Amy 🌼
Their website says that a good rule of thumb is that the ceiling has to be 2' taller than the person using the Bellicon. Their FAQ page has answered a lot of my questions, and I found their live chat very helpful, too.
Great question. If you're jumping really intensely higher ceilings may be helpful but i've used the bellicon at my mom's house and my brothers and both places work just fine. It's also something (because of it's portability) that you can take outside and put on the patio, deck, backyard etc... I highly recommend the bellicon reounder and the folding leg upgrade here: www.bellicon.com/shop/us_en?acc=aa46d03833e3fc5f9fa6189ac3db4af9&___store=us_en Follow the process on their site to see all the customizations. Happy New Year!
I'm sorry I missed this question. This is the 44 inch, the middle model. They have a 39 inch, 44 inch and 49 inch. www.bellicon.com/?acc=healthywildfree&a_bid=f1c026c9
what are the reasons why you rebound? i have back problems would it be good for to get better ROM? Did you lose weight from rebounding? how long do you rebound and how frequent? CAn you do a Q & A with mom for us newbies who want to get one? I checked into this about 6 years ago or so and the price was 600 ish. i am shocked that it's jumped up so much. pandemic prices i guess.
Each one is different. I believe 2 of their 3 are foldable and one is not. Did not get the foldable one! You can see here: www.bellicon.com/shop/us_en?acc=aa46d03833e3fc5f9fa6189ac3db4af9&___store=us_en
I=Think your price quote on Bellicon is way off.. I bought one recently and it cost me $1700 CAD so even with the FX rate, there is no way you can buy one for $500 USD unless it is used...
@@agardner2672 Mote affordable but I would want a bigger size, so be careful . Bellicon is supposedly top in the industry but I Loooove my JumpSport Pro and I can adjust the bungees to vary the tension/bounce ! 🤷🏼♀️. Less expensive, too.
That's the starting point but before accessories and customization as added as can see on their website: www.bellicon.com/shop/us_en?acc=aa46d03833e3fc5f9fa6189ac3db4af9&___store=us_en
The new Bellicon is cheaper but accessories are $200 or so on average. You can see all options here: www.bellicon.com/shop/us_en?acc=aa46d03833e3fc5f9fa6189ac3db4af9&___store=us_en
That's cool! I personally like the Bellicon the most. It's the quietest and highest quality.. German engineered. I've tried most of them and landed on the Bellicon.
Nice clear close up you did on the rebounder ! Trying to decide , I like this one but reviews saying your feet/ankles can pronate in while jumping and hurt ankle because it’s so flexible if you use a light strength bungee cord.. Toss up between yours or cellerciser. So far like your model. Thanks!👍👍👍 What strength bungee cords you have on there? 👍
Great question. I've jumped on the bellicon for years and my ankles are just fine. The thing I like about Bellicon over the Cellerciser is that you have more customization options. I made a video detailing that here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-8iaekbR-VHY.html You can visit Bellicon's trampoline customization here: www.bellicon.com/shop/us_en?acc=aa46d03833e3fc5f9fa6189ac3db4af9&___store=us_en Take a look at the customization options, I recommend a bungee strength within your weight class. That's the best way to go. Unless you want to go tighter/looser bounce strength for whatever reason. Hope this helps!
@@ewa3582 Holding up great! I prefer the fold-up personally. Three of my family members have a bellicon now and the fold up ones I like more. You can get all the info and latest sale on their website here: www.bellicon.com/?acc=healthywildfree&a_bid=f1c026c9
Great question, she has a 44 inch.. the 39 is just too small and I agree with her. You can see the different sizing options here: www.bellicon.com/shop/us_en?acc=aa46d03833e3fc5f9fa6189ac3db4af9&___store=us_en Thank you for your question, let me know if I can help in any other way! I teach health and wellness at Healthy Wild Free (can search on facebook, youtube, instagram) so feel free to reach out personally if need be!
Great question! I will ask and get back to you! The bands are really up to your own personal use however. First is the weight measurement... So you get the band within your weight measurement. Then, you can get soft, medium or strong depending on how you want to utilize the workout. If you visit Bellicon here: www.bellicon.com/shop/us_en?acc=aa46d03833e3fc5f9fa6189ac3db4af9&___store=us_en Click "shop" and then "Which bungee strength" and it explains everything. I can ask what these are though and leave another comment here hopefully later today. Hope that helps in the meantime!
She has the Strong bands on her rebounder. My brother got the extra strong bands. If you're going to be doing more intense exercises and jumping you'll want stronger bands overall.
The size based on her weight. I cannot share that publicly. She'd kill me! haha.. kidding. But if you go to their site, here's their free shipping in the US offer link: www.bellicon.com/shop/us_en?acc=aa46d03833e3fc5f9fa6189ac3db4af9&___store=us_en Once you select Bellicon Go (their cheapest model) or whatever model you want.. You'll see that you build the rebounder from scratch and select the weight size class for you. If you have two people in the home or more, I'd recommend the bungee size of the heaviest person in the home. Hope that helps! Enjoy your bounce!
Every video I’ve seen so far they don’t share the size frame. no idea why this important point always get forgotten and the tension strengthen so u get some reference It’s a 44 inch for anyone that just needs to know size
I am hoping to purchase my bellicon soon. I would like to ask you some questions. With the foldable legs, folding the legs back up Every day to store it, do you experience the legs getting wobbly or loose after a while?? With the Bungees, do you find that you need to replace them every 2 years after using the trampoline with Abusive Exercising Every Day?? There was another reviewer who said that you would need to replace the bungees after about 2 years even though the bellicon website says that they last longer. I was wondering if you have experienced the same thing or not?? I would like to know this for when I am ready to hopefully soon purchase mine. It will help me decide if I need to stock up on the bungees or not when making my first purchase. Also, with the Actual Mat. Do you find that the Mat gets worn quickly or not?? Does it last longer than 2 years after using it Abusively with Exercise Every Day?? This information will help me a Lot too. Also, the Frame of the Trampoline. Does it need Attention Very Often when using it abusively ?? Thank you for your Kind and Generous Assistance!! I Greatly Appreciate it!! Take Care!!
Hi Daniella, All great questions about the bellicon rebounder, i'm happy to answer them for you. Three people in my family now own a bellicon trampoline so I have a unique perspective, having multiple family members use them. The bungees do wear out overtime if the use is constant and heavy.. My mom's bungees last much longer because she does light jumping whereas my brother will quite literally jump and pull his legs up into his abs. His bungees seem to wear out once a year whereas my mom hasn't had to get new bungees in maybe 3 years now. The mat doesn't wear out fast at all, that seems to last quite a while. The t-bar isn't necessary if you have good balance, otherwise it may be a good way to smoothly transition into it safely. I recommend checking out different models on their website here: www.bellicon.com/?acc=healthywildfree&a_bid=f1c026c9 They also have payment plans now which is nice!
@@rockstarreviewz Hi! Thank you So much for your Kind and Valuable Asisstance and Time!! You are Hugely Appreciated!! I would like to ask a few more questions if you are ok with that................... With your brother, Is the Mat still holding out do to his High Intensity Exercising on a daily basis?? I am planning on getting the Strong Bungees and the Medium bungees. I am getting both strengths so I can switch them out when I want a different resistance and bounce. I am planning on doing the HIIT Exercises and the Lighter Exercises. I am 130lbs needing to drop some weight. Maybe I should order 2 sets of each bungees maybe so I can quickly have them on hand when the original ones wear out. With the Folding legs, do they become loose after a while when pulling them in and out to store it away?? Do they get wabbly after a while when jumping on the trampoline?? I am planning on getting mine foldable legs, but I want to know the stability of it before comiting. I would like to know your or your family experience with foldable legs after a long period of time. Thank you so much for your Kind, Valuable and Generous Asisstance and Time!! You are Hugely Appreciated!! Thank you so Much!!!
The website explains based on weight etc... www.bellicon.com/shop/us_en?acc=aa46d03833e3fc5f9fa6189ac3db4af9&___store=us_en It depends on if you want to have stronger bounce or more flexible. The website above explains. Just follow that link and it will take you through!
I hope this answers your question. They have a nice chart on their website that shows 'bungee strength' and weight and matches them. www.bellicon.com/shop/us_en?acc=aa46d03833e3fc5f9fa6189ac3db4af9&___store=us_en
Yes, for sure! I have flat feet myself and it works great. You can customize your bellicon from scratch here.. www.bellicon.com/shop/us_en?acc=aa46d03833e3fc5f9fa6189ac3db4af9&___store=us_en
@@antoniadispalato2900 My feet? No... not at all. They're the same. You are working out your leg muscles... your feet won't change form from light rebounding on a trampoline. This is a very soft form of exercise on the joints which is an added benefit to rebounding. I really love mini-trampolines! They're fun too.
Hi Charlotte, Great question. Thanks for asking! The tension of the bands does differ. The band tension is graded by your weight class. If you're going to have 2 or 3 people using it in your household I recommend the heaviest weight bands for them to last longest. So, what you'll do when ordering is simply select the weight class you want the bands to be and then you'll get those for your rebounder! Also, if you're in the USA there is free shipping at this link: www.bellicon.com/shop/us_en?acc=aa46d03833e3fc5f9fa6189ac3db4af9&___store=us_en Enjoy your Bellicon!
Hi Marcus, Great question Marcus. The band strength depends on your weight and what you're looking to do. I recommend either your weight band strength or a stronger one than that. You can see the bungee strength here: www.bellicon.com/shop/us_en?acc=aa46d03833e3fc5f9fa6189ac3db4af9&___store=us_en And customize your bellicon. Enjoy!
I am choosing my first Bellicon and it is rocket science! I have 53kg and I want to use it for light exercise, not hard cardio - I cannot decide between the bungee strenghts - from the table it says I should take the softest for Health Training and medium for intense. Now, I don't know what exactly does that mean - will the softest be too soft for just jumping in a way your mum does, or higher and deeper jumps? Please give some advice.
Hi Jasminka, I apologize for the late delay! I hope this response still helps you. The stronger the bungee the less give it will have. So essentially the lighter the bungee the more you will bounce. The harder (more intense) the bungee strength the less you will bounce and the more you will have to jump to work for that bounce. The upside/downside is based on what you're looking for. The weaker bands will also not last as long, the stronger bands will last longer. I'd personally go with the stronger bands because even if there is less bounce you can always get into a nice bounce routine still, plus the bands will last longer. They do explain it better now I believe on their site here: www.bellicon.com/shop/us_en?acc=aa46d03833e3fc5f9fa6189ac3db4af9&___store=us_en I hope this helps!
