I’m a skeptic by nature and find most claims about most things to be a bunch of b.s. sales tactics. BUT... I will vouch for the Cellesizer. I’ve been a lifelong athlete (surf, run, swim, bike, yoga, hike, etc.) I know my body well. Intuitively, I know exactly what affects me and how. l can attest, his claims are spot on. I own one and LOVE it! 👍
Got a Cellerciser, 61 years old guy, been losing weight by walking, couldn't run more than maybe 100 yards at best without leg weakness and knee tightness....5 days on my Celerciser and I ran 1/2 mile, and my abs somehow got stronger, Game changer
I have been using my Cellerciser now 3 weeks I am 71 yrs Senior I'm sleeping much better my balance is back and I'm walking much better I Love it. Now my wife is using it also and getting results in her life issues.
I'm 65 and I've had my Cellerciser for about eight years. I will use it for months at a time daily, and give myself a break for a few weeks. I usually do 10 minutes at a time 1-2X a day. What's important is, I've had nine vertebrae fused since 1973 and it does not cause back pain. GREAT product!
i just discovered it this year - it is like somebody presented me with the ticket to Wonderland! shiped one to my best friend, and another one to my 83-old mom! what a great tool to stay young &healthy!
Wow David Hall is a very patient man. The interviewer is eager to learn as much as possible, I get that but he needs to work on listening more than interrupting.
Totally agree especially toward the beginning it was really inappropriate and then kinda forced David to be more pressured too in what he was saying. I was wondering if the interviewer had just done cocaine lol or caffeine or something before the interview
This is so true about the kids jumping on the bed! 😂 It was for that very reason, that I even turned to a rebounder! They have their own rebounder and I have a David Hall rebounder.... it is worth the purchase!
I raised my children on this. There is no easier way to burp a baby. Congestion? 15min on consistent bouncing would clear it up and my babies would then sleep for hours. After 15min, fevers would drop. Most recently I had a badly pinched nerve in my shoulder. A brief bounce snapped everything back in to place. I could go on and on about this. It's my 3rd one only because the first 2 were such coveted items by my friend that when I would move to another country they were eager to buy it off my hands so I could travel more lightly
Love my Cellerciser! Using it religiously to recover from Covid as well as the Vaccine. I think everyone with any health issues as a result of either of those would benefit from this.
I have watched so many David Hall videos in the last two days that I have been inspired to start using my Urban Rebounder all through the day. I am seeing fluid coming out of my knees and thighs now. If my rebounder wears out, or if I find my body has problems as I continue to use it, I know what I will go to next .
I've been quite sick - decided to break out my rebounder and start to use it to help my blood flow and get my lymphatic system moving to facilitate healing. I think this is very important; that is, to get blood less sticky, with the sickness going around now.
I lost 3 pounds jumping on the trampoline and was actually eating more food lol. I wasn't even trying to lose weight, just have a fun new way to workout!!!
Have had one for many years now, the benefits out way the cost. The springs are tough and strong, still have not had one break!! Highly recommend this unit!!
i actually even use mine when i am sleepy or tired sometimes. i hold onto the bar with my eyes closed and do a recovery bounce and find it very relaxing. other times i don't hold the bar, but still close my eyes, and try to work on my balance. i love having a rebounder! hardest part is it can make my feet sore. to deal with that i alternate to using with and without shoes.
My Cellerciser has a place of honor in the middle of the living room. Can't tell you the joy of it. Anyone can get benefit from it at their own level. If all you can do is grab the balance bar and move your feet a little you can get benefit from it. And a master athlete can kick it up to their level with or without the music apps.
To avoid injury: start slowly, be careful if you have existing problems, and limit yourself to safe movement and build up ROM slowly. Get an antirust spray to loosen the springs. Cellerciser may be the best model on the market but a $99 model will do the job for those of is who can’t justify the price. Antirust lubricant makes an amazing difference between being sore afterwards and never being sore and progressing consistently. David Hall’s routines are not suitable for those without featherlight skeletal frame and perfect biomechanics (he is a light ectomorph so it’s easy for him). A cautious approach with a cheaper model will get you there 😇 Remember your brain is inside your skull. Don’t jump too vigorously for too long for that reason. Under 30min max or stop whenever feeling dizzy or if you get headaches during or afterward.
I got one yesterday. I used another type of rebounder two weeks ago for a week, and felt more energised and had more balance and was more toned, more steady on my legs and my mind is now still clearer. A week later, I still feel some of the effects. But I had a sore back and knees for a week after. I think this will give me my health back, then I can live my life more fully. Waw. Amazing.
Did your rebounder have bungee cords on it? I got a sore back and knees on mine too. Had to go to a chiropractor. Later I realized I wasn't standing properly on the rebounder. You have to have your feet straight and your back straight, looking outward at a wall or a window and not looking at your feet. The rebounders with springs don't move the body at all. Maybe the cellerciser must be different, I guess
I have been rebounding my whole life and the Cellercise rebounder is by far the best rebounder on the market..my last Needak, the springs were not holding up as they should and I didn't feel safe jumping and bouncing on it.
Just got a more expensive Schwinn rebounder trampoline and love it!!! Hands down the best all over workout 💪💪!! Won NANBF natural bodybuilding competition thanks to rebounder trampoline workout!!
It would have been nice to see some visuals and examples of this product during this 27 min video!? I already bought a rebounder, I am loving it, and somehow came across this video...not I'm curious.
It was a scripted telemercial- wake up LOL- there is no David Alvarez show except the one created to created to sell the product. That doesn't mean the product is bad, just don't think that's a real show or a real interview LOL you can't be that naive
There's no need to pay his exorbitant prices of 600 to 800 dollars for a rebounder! If you're rich and you want that one fine - but you can get the same results from a rebounder that cost $150 to 500 dollars - look around RU-vid and Amazon LOL
Love Dave Hall. Unfortunately, I bought a Bellicon before I saw all the great reviews for the Cellerciser. Bellicon is fun, but I got the "strong" strength of bungee cords, which are too soft, my ankles pronate and there isn't enough stability to do Dave's exercises. Also the Bellicon doesn't fold up. Eventually I will order a Cellerciser, but for now, just ordered the "ultra strong" bungees from Bellicon and the stability bars (ANOTHER $225 on top of an already over priced rebounder) so I can do his exercises. If I could do it over, I'd definitely get the Cellerciser, much less expensive and better for fitness jumping. I will eventually get one. Thanks Dave for your committment to making the Cellerciser available to people and sharing your vast knowledge on health and fitness with us!
Have you viewed "GoRebound" the free documentary just released? It should help you decide what to do - I am new to rebounding and love it, I got both bungee and coil and both have there benefits!
@@Altysha8 I haven't bought a cellerciser yet, I will as soon as I can. I really want one especially because it's portable. Want to be able to take it outside!
Please can you give the name of the Dr Arthur C....? Who wrote in his book Medical physiology, something about the white blood cells. I couldn't make out his last name in this interview. Many thanks
I bought one of your rebounders Dave and I love it...doesn't hurt my joints at all...everything you say about it is true and so easy...by the way you look wonderful...how old are you again if you don't mind me asking....God Bless you and your family...
@@mantimunchkin my age...he really does look healthy....and all he does is rebound? I know he's done this for about 20 years or so...well I really love my rebounder and am starting to use it more especially for my lymph system....God Bless
Hi Dave, I’m soon to be 68 and just received a diagnosis of some osteoporosis in my lower back..I got to get moving again !!! Have a peloton on order as I’m not feeling safe to return to the gym , I basically fell off the workout wagon 8 months ago ,Just starting my research on ways to improve my bone density and get my cardio groove on !!! Would this type of workout help with my skeletal system ?...I’m not into medication as an option ...thank you !
Vitamin D3 with K2 would help your bones and I cured my back problems wearing MBT Masai Barefoot Technology shoes/trainers for the last twenty years, even have them for in my home. Namaste 🙏
Unfortunately not everyone can afford a cellerciser it's very expensive for most people these days. My rebounder cost 70.00 pounds and I have had it for 3 years and its has never broken or injured me I have had great health benefits from using it so I agree with your health explanations but I think it's wrong to diss cheaper rebounder obviously it's a business for you, but I go by customer reviews and their satisfaction and even though my rebounder is much cheaper it has twice more positive comments than your cellerciser!!
Got mine on the way this week! With all the videos I've watch and research i've done, I hope the saying "if it's too good to be true, it probably is" don't apply to rebounding benefits.@@likeyournails
the cellerciser is so expensive and not attainable for everyone especially if on a pension. I have a a rebounder with bungee cords and I find its great. I find these better than a spring rebounder
@@ExistNNature I have to say that my ankles were starting to hurt and it must be my rebounder and now after watching daves videos I know why. My feet to turn inwards when I bounce and well i have to say after watching many of Dave Halls videos I have decided to buy a cellerciser. I found and australian distributor. It is coming next week :)
No it can actually be a bit dangerous. You don’t need to add weight, you need to add tension by squeezing different muscle groups and changing the angle of the body. You can squeeze stress balls in the hands to help flex the arm muscles.
The action of bouncing regularly improves blood and lymph circulation, so that would imply strengthening the valves and walls of the circulatory and lymphatic systems.
This is the one who speaks about the astronauts that he works with and all the awesome benefits of this. I asked people who cares enough about this to at least watch the video. Brock thank you cuz for at least trying it. Lucaz it was your shovinistic side the ultimately was your down fall but it's okay I still think your a ninja anyways . Yup that's right its mission improbable.
Wish he would stop calling it Cellucising rather than rebounding. Feels like it's an infomercial. Has the opposite effect. Really off putting. Like other brands of rebounder would not achieve these results!
The big question or elephant in the room, is isn’t the BELLICON THE BEST Rebounder on the market I recently started rebounding and I think after much research, but also looking at quality and a great price I found one on Amazon for about $300 Because I wasn’t sure if I would love this new type of exercise for me. To me it makes more sense to have the Bungie system which is much quieter, and probably gives you a smoother bounce
I totally agree with you. So why throw away money when you will get the same benefits from a more reasonable price one. If I had money to piss away I maybe would think about it. Just because you gave it a different name doesn’t change anything.
Lol as a Brit...this sales pitch "interview" (by both might I add) had all the hallmarks of american capitalism. "A woman called my office and said wow...blah blah", "another woman avoided heart surgery..." blah. Nauseating.
Claims such as permanent disability being encountered because the Cellezier was not used, is not only unprofessional, but totally outrageous to publicly announce. I have been using a rebounder for years and can honestly say it makes me feel so much better in my body. This is not to say the Cellezier is not a better trampoline, but this guy loses all credibility by making such a salacious accusation.
I bought a cellersizer years ago. Then I was labelled with osteoporose . I skipped the cellersizer due to a broken leg and collapse in my chest. I have not used it for 3 years and my age 72. I Will like your opinion if I Can start on my cellersizer again, Thank you on beforehand ❤
It's not just a "trampopuline", it's life. This is real motion like we used to experience, back when we were wild and barefoot. The motion our bodies were designed to create, just to function correctly. It's basically a machine that mimics real life. Real living. Hunting, gathering and no desk chairs or couches. When I got mine, I was "getting my affairs in order" and preparing to enter a nursing home so people can scoff all they want - I. Do. Not. Care. I can't. I can't afford to worry about people who choose nursing homes over health. It's your choice. Regardless of your age.
why everyone must get so cultish about everything... is a simple trampoline with a certain tension in the net so you can bounce fast... and so it works to minimise impact and help us go a bit longer than on a wooden floor doing the same thing... but is not god like thing.. so borring when Americans must start a cult following around every new fitness tool! common man!
@White Horse Tsunami yes, that’s true of course. But what you eat doesn’t affect your blood ph. Your body has a very complex mechanism to make sure that doesn’t happen. There’s no need to say I know nothing of health. I wouldn’t presume such a broad statement about someone I had read 5 words from.
@@samanthaquant7411 you do die when you eat said foods, just very slowly and when it happens you act like it was a random thing that happens to you. When it’s really your diet
That spring worth 100 bucks apiece so his machine cost you a grand total of 500 or you maybe lucky to just find a trampoline for 30!!! Such a crock!!oh I forgot((( he's not a doctor!
The sadness of his products is the fact the website is outdated, the payments are outdated, the videos are so outdated. Everything is beyond outdated. So technically this is a great initiative and a great exercise but, David is showing himself uninterested in inventing for a good response from clients. He is all about a good talking but, hypocritically not following the basics of really caring about “his” creation. Basically - nowadays better to put your money on bellicon. The customer service is amazing and the product as well. I did try to buy his product but as mentioned could’t find any help, assistance or online videos. To follow my note: who has a DVD nowadays? So outdated
NewsFlash: there’s lots more to life than cutting edge marketing techniques. Personally I find super ‘evolved’ marketing techniques to be tedious and frankly, a little desperate.
Trampoline by another name, another hustler selling jumping up and down as if just discovered and a compliant "journalist" going along for the ride.Long live the u.s and a.
