the tenor here is one of the best tenors i have rung

These sound like a magnificent six.

You'll never know until Wing tenor is put on the scales. And from what I gather, that could well be on the day it is weighed in for scrap, as it would appear that there is a plan to make them eight, using the present 5th as the tenor.

Pretty grand and pretty loud. A good ring of 6. I don't know what they sound like outside.

I hope I ring there before that happens!

There is debate to whether this is the 5th largest 6 as Wing, Bucks are approx. 28cwt, so it could be rounded down from 28-1-19...
