Check ur thyroid first.. get ur full blood test like lipid profile consult with dietician.. with food allergy chart .. try intermediate fasting 16-8 first week with full body exercises.. not only abs .. thanks me after 1 months u gonna lose 2-3 kg fat.. thanks me later
@@kanchanj.kantode4648 either health or chai with sugar you choose. in starting no sugar later you can have a tiny bit of sugar in chai. better drink chai no sugar.
