UPDATE: I lost 5lb so far everyone! I don't exercise either. I work from home and make music, so I'm mostly at my desk. It's been 6 days of making this every morning. It also for some reason helps with my mood...maybe because I drink it in the morning and it flushes out toxins or something....I feel like I'm more focused and seriously, the ambient music I'm making is coming out stronger! Thanks Rozy! Hope everyone else here is seeing results. I'm going to try and incorporate exercising now too and see what happens.

Update***** I’ve been consistent for a month now, and this drink has definitely played a big part in my weight loss journey. I’m down 14 pounds. I was drinking 8 ounces 2x a day. I could’ve loss more, had a little set back when I went on a much needed vacation. I’m going to come back in another month. This month I’m increasing to 16 ounces 2x a day to see if it makes a difference. I’m on this journey to loose 60 pounds and finally get a tummy tuck.

@@earthalockett5383 sorry just seen this. I eat low carb very lean meat and drink alkaline water. I’m working on increasing my water I only get 64 ounces in need to double that.
I’ve been drinking this for 2 weeks now and have lost 7 pounds with no exercise. I have just been watching the amount of calories I consume. Will be back for a month update.
@@jaymillymills I don’t use it as a meal replacement in the morning but for dinner yes. If I am still hungry after I will snack on something small like popcorn or even make myself a fruit smoothie.
@ilovepoland If a 12 year old has a weight problem, then the parents need to speak to a pediatrician. Other than that, there is no reason for a 12 year old to think about drinking a weight loss tea. This is the path to an eating disorder.
Here i am 55kg from 95 ... with 1 hour cycling and this juice helpd me a lot. Yes ,i reduced 16 kg in 20 days.. no weight gain after stoping this drink if u dont eat any fatty food alot. I am constant since 1 year.. heartfull thanks all over again.
I just wanted to add that you don’t need to scrape/peel the ginger. The skin is actually good for you. I never peel mine. You can also add honey for a bit sweeter taste and a dash of cayenne pepper if you can handle it. Thanks for the great video! Or instead of cayenne pepper, black peppercorns to soak in it after blending.. Remove before drinking, lol. This gives a nice kick to it, much like a chai. Also stevia is a decent sweetener. This is the closest to a "natural" artificial sweetener you can buy, OR if you grow stevia or can get the leaves, add a couple of them in the blender.
Definitely trying the drink... On another note not sure why I found the cutting of the lemon peel so relaxing.. Could be the music as well but I had to playback the lemon cutting a few times. Thanks for the video
+2 tea bags of green tea, steeped, cooled. +2 apples, diced. +2 lemons, peeled, (or maybe not peeled.) +Approximately 1 thumb's worth of freshly peeled diced Ginger root. +Approximately 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. +Approximately 2 quarts pure water +Blend all and drink in morning. She also suggests night time. This part, I would skip, if you have any reflux issues, and not ever with pharma meds. Vinegar, lemons and ginger are quite reactive herbal foods. I wouldn't use them before bedtime, or with pharmas.

This is certainly one of the healthiest ingredients you can find. My hubby is a holistic health coach and we use juice pretty much all of these items regularly. I need to add tea next time we juice. Thanks sis.
No it’s not! Apple cider vinegar is acidic so are the lemons amd green tea is a hybrid. I would substitute and try this with white tea - no Apple cider vinegar! Acid allows cancer or disease to live.

Hi everyone, I've been reading everyone's comments in regards to this drink. From what I gather, people are drinking this and not having a lot to eat which is not healthy in itself. Rozy needs to clarify if you are meant to have this drink on an empty stomach in the morning and then have breakfast or no breakfast at all. Also, when are you meant to have it at night? before or after dinner. When and how has everyone been drinking it. Thank you 🙏in advance for any advice
Hey, I’m a newbie here and I’m happy I came across this video right now the weight loss drink that I incorporate twice a day if not every morning is the pineapple, ginger, cucumber and lemon and I feel it is much needed to try a different weight loss drink not that the other one isn’t successful. I think it’s the taste for me, but just looking through the comments I am very pleased to see that people have gotten their actual results and I was 226. I am now 204. My goal is to get back to 163 before I had my second child 12 years later 🤦🏽♀️ might I add she is definitely a joy. I am now a girl mom🤗 but I definitely need this weight off of me so far so good I’m gonna keep going because it’s in me not on me 💪🏽💪🏽♥️

I made this drink today and it is powerful. For me, it worked in less than 30 minutes. It's what I needed something stronger, this was day 1, I will see what later this evening what it does. I hope this is the drink I need to flatten my belly fat, if not I will continue testing different drink allotted time one week. Next week until then enjoy your week.

I have been taking apple cider vinegar with the mother in pill form, so in that case do you think I should still add the ACV to the drink or omit that or still add it?
Today is Thursday. I sipped on this all day Tuesday and Wednesday. I 100% can tell it is easily curving my appetite. I’ve already bought ingredients to commit to another week. I’ll be back for an update.
@@Zuri78 I’m still at it! It really does suppress the appetite. I add a pinch of chili pepper and cayenne powder as well because that creates a thermogenic effect.
Started watching for the juice recipe, but got impressed by the knife skills. Just cut myself 5 times last week trying to cut up fruits and vegetables. I need a video on safe chopping practices, lol.

Mine turned very green,I used powder green tea.😄 I didn't have enough red apples, so I used one green apple and one red apple.Very bitter strong with ginger and lemon, actually pretty good.

Don't bother it's Hogwash! There is no magic food or drink that burns fat! Only a caloric deficit will burn fat. Exercise will aid in burning calories... period.

This looks great! Just wondering if the apples cause blood sugar to spike! I'm on a journey to get my blood glucose #s below even pre-diabetic levels and don't want to have my sugars be a problem - but I'd sure like to see if this would assist in shedding my last 10 unds :-)). Thank you for the video. I shall try this soon. I am not overweight in fact I am under weight but I am concerned about my sugar level. Belly fat is one of the biggest problem with high sugar. So will see if this lower my A1C
