I also think that conrad and belly don't belong together because of nicol i think she and belly have such a nice friendship and they shouldn't throw it away. it's time to end conrad and start a new chapter.

People misunderstood Conrad's character so much . I mean his relationship ended with his girlfriend, he is dealing with daddy issues lately and the fact that his mother is dying , I mean seriously how can he be with belly and pretend that everything's okay when it's not. And we saw how everybody got broke after knowing About the cancer. At that time even Jeremiah didn't bother about belly , the dance , nothing. he was just so broke after finding out about his mother. He just went to talk to his brother. he didn't even listen to belly he just said "we have to talk right now, it's important..it's about Mom". Also I agree that he was so hard on belly but he did it because he is dealing with all this alone. If I were in his shoes i would have felt the same .
