I have a terrible sunken eye due to a work place accident. My zygomatic had a displaced fracture and it malunioned. The bone structure deformity is quite significant. Since then I had five filler procedures and the reconstruction has given the appearance of symmetry. They did great work. However, the two doctors and a board certified plastic surgeon are hesitant of going close to the eye. Now that I have seen this video there is hope. Merz makes excellent products. I have a combination of Belotero volume and Radiesse in the mid-face cheek. The procedures were layered, first with hyaluronic acid and then Calcium hydroxyapatite under the H.A.

The problem with injecting under eye fillers is that these doctors never use bright, direct, overhead lighting. They always use lighting directed from the front of the face so the patients always look good after the procedure. But when they stand straight-up directly under lighting they look awful with bumps and shadows under the eyes. This procedure is not perfected yet and it can make you look worse - I'm speaking from experience. I had 2 top plastic surgeons perform this on me and both times it looked horrible. Had the 2nd doctor inject me last week and now I need to have it removed because in overhead lighting it looks like I have a big bump under my eye.

How to fix or prevent “I got it beautifully done at first but later it became puffy” kinda thing I know this is because filler later attracted water but what exactly should I do even using the products that claim themselves very light And place it at the under the muscle plane Should I just underfill it and say it will attract water and become better over time? I’m sure this is gonna disappoint the patient at first because everyone always wants the best immediate result

I know. The way it is done is what is bothersome to me, sorry for that. Have you ever had it done on you? If you were the patient, would you do it the same way? for instance, recently I came across a doc. who did a lip filler and I was amazed at his skill. He injected the border of the lip only and then the part close to the border. He did not fill the lip at all but the result was natural and one poke. What is the border of the lip called? I forgot

Hello, why does some doctors don't inject under the eyes, they insert the cannula 3 inches away from the tear trough?

I wish the doctor were in Sydney ... a doctor injected belotero in my tear trough but she created lumps.. she didnt use canula, can I ask if thats possible with even really good skilled doctors or thats just coz she was not well skilled?..Is canula better to avoid lumps? And when I went back to get hyalase she said shed never done it and wouldnt do it. The result made me look older. Because i liked how it concealed my under eye discoloration as opposed to other HA thats injected deep also they couldnt go right under the eyes. So I think belotero would give me that evenness I want but I am scared of getting lumps again. Dont want to get hyalase again.
