Her research focuses on how leaders in high-stress professions or roles use their emotional intelligence to protect themselves from burnout. She has written extensively for Harvard Business Review and is the author of the forthcoming book Burnout Immunity: Use Your Emotional Intelligence to Develop Resilience and Heal from Work (HarperCollins, 2024). In this episode, Kandi shares strategies that will help you develop your emotional intelligence, avoid burnout before it strikes, and enjoy happier relationships with work.
