Multiple reports have claimed that Ben Affleck entered rehab once more for alcohol addiction. An unnamed source told E! News that his soon-to-be ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, pushed him to enter treatment. The actress was photographed arriving at his home on Wednesday where she was reportedly seen “visibly shaken” after meeting with Affleck. NBC’s Kristen Dahlgren reports for TODAY.

I rather like it. Men never had to do much of it until it actually had a name/buzz-word-- CO-PARENT. I think they figured their little sperm was all they needed in order to be called a dad/father. Not anymore. Those days are GONE!

Well he did receive alot of hate from comic book fans, along with his other projects being pushed aside by the media because they care more about Batman, there's also the countless break-ups he's been through & he got accused of sexual harassment a while ago. Best of luck, Ben! We're all in your corner. Just remember what I said; we have to want to get clean, more than we want to get drunk, and run from our fears, worrries, anxieties, and problems. Face your demons. It's not supposed to be easy. You will have to face a tidal wave of emotions that you have been numbing for so long. It will be hard. Know that. Prepare for that. Remember why you want to get clean. Be active in recovery, and stay in the solution. Addiction is a thinking problem. Recognize that the most cunning and deceptive trigger is that voice your head that tells you that you need the alcohol to functionable and likeable. You don't. Recall a time in your life that you were not drinking, and try to match your state of mind then, with your state of mind now. Be introspective. Learn to discern the voice of your addiction, from that of your own inner voice. Look at that picture on your computer desk of your little ones smiling when you feel like drinking. That's your motivation! That's your motivation! You're the best, Jennifer!

Ben Affleck has always seemed to carry a sadness within him all of his career. You can see it in interviews, etc. It has nothing to do with family, career....its just within him. I see it in Casey as well. I understand they come from a family of addiction, hope it will get better for him.

Cut the guy a break, he has been an extremely successful screen writer, producer actor and is going through a midlife crisis meltdown and will sort himself out like many others have done. He had a good career going and seems to toss it away with booze and cheating no lindsay if its true has left him now. Jenn has 3 kids with him but probable trying to help him be a good co parent sounds like the frat boy mentallity has never left him. Where is matt damon in all this? He has own family to look after not the time to help ben. Only jen probable can but probable had to divorce him cause he seems bent on self destruction or maybe he realizes the divorce is a mistake and has hit the bottle.

Recently watch a show called “Wasted” on the show The Nature of Things with David Suzuki. New drug Naltrexone was introduced in the clip that may help. Apparently brain inhibitors that tricks the brain to curb alcohol cravings. It may be worth a try.

fox on the run : I believe that you take Naltrexone and you can still have a drink of alcohol, but the pill reacts with your brain and then you don’t feel that you need to have anymore. I always think anything is worth trying because you are so out of touch with life when you are an alcoholic.
