I think a big reason why I’m so intrigued by them is that it’s the one of the first “enemies to lovers” that I’ve seen where they were actually just best friends the whole time and had to figure it out.

I like that Devi can be unapologetically herself with Ben. With Paxton she’s always felt like he’s too good for her and she’s felt intimidated by him. But with Ben it’s like they’re on the same level and Devi doesn’t feel insecure to be around him.

Paxton only went for Davi at the end when his sister guilt tripped him for basicly using her. Even then Ben and her have great chemistry, actually interact, have a shit ton in common, and her mom actually likes him.

i knew the first moment i saw ben, I' was all up for ben and devi. Even their kiss wasnt scripted, chemistry was overflowing that's why writers decided them to kiss. my theory is she will choose paxton at first, and then she's gonna realize she has lost ben. Then again Netflix can be really weird. If they ruin bevi I'm gonna riot Who's with me?

I don't think Paxton earned Dev. The realization part at episode 10 felt more force, like a script than the one Ben has with Devi. Especially the scene where Devi gave Ben the gift, i thought it was Dee Moment, and I cant blame Ben for attempting to kiss Devi.

the amount of sass in his voice at 1:49 made me have to pause the show the first time and cackle for about five minutes. I really do not know why it made me laugh so hard 😂
