Hey Ben! I was probably your 2nd consultation back in 2021. I had the motel in myrtle beach that had an offer in for me to make 2m bucks profit off the sale. Ben is not real as you think. I have pic of property of his purchases recently this year 2024 and the manager is not maintaining the property to the point that is a liability of a lawsuit between the tenants and management property of his purchase... ie wasps that could sting the elderly/children/ etc can cause allergic reaction and death volley ball harboring water that mosquito larvae causing diseases in Fl and swimming pool that can have e coli due to no weekly pool services. Dumb and Dumber All that glitters is not gold. psych 101

Would start by figuring out with your lender to see if you are even allowed to turn your primary residence into a rental a lot of loans don't allow for that

Myrtle beach is fire and it’s growing fast. Fastest growing metro in the US for 4 years in a row. Buy in the grande Dunes they are having a PGA tour this year for the first time. You can buy a 9,000 square foot mansion on the waterway for under 6 million. I own a million dollars in properties there and another 2 million worth in Cali north county San Diego area

If Squating is leagl. I will just Hire 20 Hobos to go into a Brand New Mega Building Complex or Skyscraper and take it over at night. Few Weeks befor completion the Building is defakto allready Complet. Then i make contracts with the Hobbos to give me the right to rent out parts of their "House" The Hobbos do the Key service and Protect the Property, while i rent out and make 10.000s worth of Free Income for essentialy no cost no credit nothing. Worst case the Law changes and the Hobbos get arrested for 1 day.
