Ben Bishop & Jonathan Quick Practice 3/18/17 

They are each others opposits. Ben plays a calm butterfly, reading and playing proactively. Quick plays reactively, in a modern hybrid style, with incredible energy. One plays acrobatically, and is all over the place, and the other one plays modern as hell, and only moves when he has to. I love seeing em both. Quick's energy reminds me of Bobrowzky, and Ben's energy reminds me of Price.

I feel like Quick is trying to break in new pads in this practice video based on the fact that he keeps pushing down on his pads with his glove and blocker when he gets up. Let me know if you agree. Great quality footage btw!

i know its just practice but does anyone else think Bishop looks lazy? like hes almost board and would rather be doing anything else?.... great video man thanks for sharing!!!

Ben makes Jonathan look like a fucking toy goalie.

This video is a good example of why these goalies careers went in two very different directions.

Where is the kings practice rink at?

Goodness, Bishop is a mountain of a man, but wow, he’s so lazy in practice. Can you imagine making it to the pro’s with that sort of work ethic?

Seeing this in 2023 made me realize that Bishop only had height going for him. Major Junior goalies look more athletic than him.
