It should be illegal for banks or other businesses to build up dossiers on their customers.

We need a total review of the banking system., I have total admiration for Nigel but what it does expose is this deep-rooted. I feel this is going to get a lot worse and expose a lot more instructions. What we need is this spinless government to intrudce legislation to make this illegal.

There needs to be an investigation as to WHY these banks have adopted these DEI or ESG’s regulations in our banking systems… BANKS especially need to remain neutral.. PERIOD!

Surely the bigger question which is not being asked is not that the bank kept a dossier on Nigel Farage, not even that they released such a dossier, not even that they gossiped to the newspapers about Nigel's lack of funds BUT the fact that they THOUGHT THEY COULD DO IT AND GET AWAY WITH IT??? Where/who are they working for? To "assume' such power and not be expected to be called out on it? The government stepped in, was it to minimise the damage ? to exclude itself from all these tyrannical measures which the bank was undertaking - snooping on people and keeping a record of their political views? Where does this stop - where did the banks get this power from?

Basically the bank pushed it's luck and wokeism and got caught out, now they should suffer for it and realise what it's like for them to be cancelled for a change , let this be a warning to the rest of them.

The more people that speak out and oppose what's happening in these large, Woke minded corporations the better! The Government need to get to grips with what is happening and how this mind set is negatively affecting the majority of the populous. Laws should be introduced, reimagined/tightened to ensure that this does not happen and if it does, the issue can be challenged fairly in a court of law.

These things should be out in the open, banks should not censor or cancel people because they don't like that they think differently to their own personal views.

I sure hope that Nigel brings legal action against Coutts and all those that facilitated the release of his personal financial information. In doing so, Nigel could somehow prevent such similar actions from happening in the future. After all, the person next subjected to these practices, might not a be a person with such high public visibility.

The question to ask is who in the Labour, Conservative and Lib Dems parties have been de-banked?

Farage MUST sue Natwest in America if they operate there for $200 million as his good name has been brought into disrepute by that bank maliciously.

Remember people we do not need a reason, like Nigel, to submit a SAR subject access report as it is our legal right to know what any organisation private or government, police, NHS, to give you within 30 days all info they hold on us. You can apply just out of curiosity and imagine 10000 de-banked Narwest customers all demanding a SAR, it would seriousley affect them both in man hours and financially to fulfil them within the 30 days

But it isn’t just Coutts/NatWest is it ? 9 other banks have allegedly refused him banking facilities so what are their reasons ? And happening to many many U.K. citizens daily but our politicians do nothing 😳…

I’m a Natwest black customer ..been so for decades and I travel a lot. They blocked my account for security reasons ..that’s ok but I had three hours to affirm the my security checks..I complained about the service …had some woke guy nutjob …go full woke on myself on the phone …Yes you were rude in the phone and put the phone down on me..for no reason ..I highlighted this to him…went full bore woke…I was given £100 for the insult when they played back the conversation…I would preferred the moron sacked …just bs.

Who are the regulators that say banks need ESG and NetZero? Who are they? They need to be disrupted.

Is it Banks’ role to vet you? Very important point. In my view, it is their role to vet your and my money (clean v. not clean). But me and my ideas have nothing to do with whether my money is clean. Then I agree a change of regulation is necessary. Practice must also change..
