The only thing I can think of for "brand safety" is in relation to clothing. Ladies' clothes are not uniformly sized and so, if a lady wants to always know what size clothes to buy, she needs to buy the same brand. In relation to advertisements like in this clip, it seems like they're talking about behind-the-scenes sabotage. Oh joy.

From what I understand (and I may be partially wrong so feel free to correct me) they effectively try to argue a point and at the end (or it leads toward) a vote or movement on whatever the committee is hearing on or trying to pass.. but it's of course heavily swayed towards whichever side holds the most seats. The hope I suppose is that if they make a good enough argument, they will get some of the other side to vote with them on certain occasions.

23 billion in advertising and in 90% of houses while Unilever is the owner of soooo many products, in essence already cornering the market. That money could be used elsewhere I'm sure and I won't even get into the slanted politics of this company. Just because you don't own 100% of the market because you "allow" a miniscule portion of other businesses to exist does not mean you are not a monopoly. We need to dissolve these huge corporations by ANY means
