I don't know how the actors managed to portray such crushing, bone melting, all encompassing mental and physical fatigue but they nailed it. The looks of exhaustion on their faces was heartbreaking when I thought that doctors (and nurses) were going through that for real.

I feel so sorry for Shruti. She had to deal with so much and in the end, it was ALL too much. What we all have to remember is that doctors, nurses, pharmacists, physios, surgeons, midwives, they're still human beings. They don't do what they do just for money, or the kudos, or anything. They do it because they care, they go the extra mile to keep US, the general public, on the road. And all of us should take into consideration and remember that every day because it's a very special thing. And if the hardships the world has had to face these last two years. We owe the NHS eternal gratitude.

I was in casualty day of the strikes , was hypoxic apparently, my doctor looked very much like her in this an it killed me inside, plus I'm betting people have said it before an sometimes it could be bit racist like all brown people look same or something, which is ironic cos I'm half cast and every person iv ever met has said "I know you from somewhere" 😂 Yep we owe a debt to the NHS think they should make the BBC televise with ads an instead of TV license it's a once a year payment of 100 pounds but carry on national insurance , makes more sense than not I hope😂

I would LOVE him to be the next Doctor on Doctor Who. I think he would be PERFECT for that role, I've been saying this for many years now....

I hope people won't just stay with "what a good tv show" it is, but think deeply about how much reform the NHS needs and what they are going to do about it.

I’m a doctor and this is so close to real life it’s scary. Greys anatomy is horse shit. Speed and numbers is the name of the game in real life and paperwork and staring at computers is 50 percent of my day.

@@gregXxo Me too. His speech from the heart about his friend's death. I felt that because I know what it feels like in real life when my friend almost did it to himself, but I was lucky when we were able to talk him down. I cried at the thought of almost losing him.
