I think Ben is not capable of switching aliens that fast. It takes time to transform, as it is transformation, not any kinda of suit. If i am wrong I'll be amazed and happly to pin out.
Actually he is, if he had master control unlocked which allowed him to transform with his mind. But he doesnt have it at that age. If anything only some ben 10,000 version should be able to do everything he did here.

A common problem with Ben scanning his opponents is how the omnitrix will transform him. Life energy and it's manipulation exists in Ben 10. But only a few species outside of ledger domain can do magic naturally, the rest would have obtain it from another magic user. In Dragon Ball, any living thing can manipulate ki if trained. By Dragon Ball rules, Ben won't be as strong as Beerus when transformed into his species. As that power is gained through actual training. Mike Tyson had good genetics, but that doesn't mean he didn't work his ass off to get that strong. By Ben 10 rules, he'll be a member of Beerus's species with peak genetics. Though the rules will change depending on the writer. (Kevin it's a new Ben 10 show, time to retcon your backstory.) But we should also consider the omnitrix itself. It was able to contain the literal big bang. (Unless you think it was just Feedback.) The prototype omnitrix was capable of "ripping the universe apart" via self-destruct. That could put Ben on Beerus's level (w/o Alien X), assuming Beerus scales to Universal (idk about that since Goku is considered low Multiversal on vswiki and Beerus isn't scared of them at all.) Don't quote me on that, idk about the science behind that.
To be Frank, Ben will scan beerus and transform to a stronger version of his species. But as u said he may not be stronger than beerus since he may not have God ki.

It's wrong, Ben 10 doesn't know martial arts to fight on equal terms with Beerus and he's also just Beerus' species and doesn't have the hakaishin power to fight on equal terms with Beerus

All ben has to do is transform into alien x and teleport into zeno place and scan his DNA and leave then go back to beerus tranform into zeno and fight beerus and beerus lose
That would be suicide. Ben popping up randomly at Zeno's palace would result in him getting annihilated on the spot by Zeno's Guards or the Grand Priest.
Hakai and erasing multiverse isn't something that anybody can have only a god of destruction knows hakai and only zeno knows to erase multiverse, even if Ben is managed to scan beerus and zeno with his Omnitrix it will do nothing rather than turning Ben into a species of cats of destruction (species of beerus) or to the kind of zeno without the power of destruction or erasing multiverse.

Firstly beerus won't need to buy time as he would either one of these two to alien x 1. Beat him to the point he forgets not to kill him and kills Ben or 2. Beats Ben to the point that even the omnitrix is completely destroyed in the process leaving Ben completely defenseless

I think you misunderstood the thing😂 , Omnitrix can copy the species of the alien . Not everyone in beerus species is a destroyer if any one replicates beerus doesn't mean he owns the power . So doesn't matter how long Beerus trained to be that strong. Ben doesn't need to train to gain strength, he train's to learn more about the alien and what it can do.

Reality manipulation depends on the potential of character how far can he manipulate and can he manipulate the Higher dimensions? So Without feats we can't say anything. He was able to create a universe which Give him at least 4D to 5D feats but His physical power was 6D so maybe he can manipulate in 6D possible higher because i don't know lot about Ben 10 cosmology So maybe it depend on Cosmology. Beerus was showing 8D feats with 10% of power. And Dbs intravel say Destroyer is high Dimensional being and stated his power transcend the dimensions.
