Thanks for sharing. Good sets. Your partner may want to be careful flaring his elbows out so wide on incline. His shoulders will thank him if he brings his elbows in a bit.

Good benching. Do you ever do Spoto presses and stop 1 inch above your chest and do your reps like that? They have really helped me get to 585 raw at 55 years old.

Ive seen it done, but never tried it. Im sure it'll help get u really tight under load and assist in controlling the weight? Thats very impressive man! Ill try it in a future video/workout

what do you do for your neck? I would like to incorporate a neck workout on Back days

james Smith i think shrugs, and anything that works upper back like cleans and rows work it to some degree. I Dont focus on neck really but theres some products where you hang weights from the neck, im afraid to do anything too strenous because of risk damaging the cervical spine

Leo Pando Try a neck harness and attach a light weight to it. You can do neck extensions “old school” like the boxers and wrestlers💪
