Good video as always Leo, i think i have seen most of the. Question, how does the floor holdup do heavy deadlifts/olympic lifts without the deadlift platform? I'm limited on my space in my garage gym and was thinking of omitting a platform to crate more usable working space.

Awesome! Thanks. Thanks for the update man. So what you going back to school for? Dude your looking good man. Looking a little leaner. Looking quicker, more agile, more athletic. Are you training more crossfit style workouts with a mix of powerlifting. Definitely agree with the goals.

that awesome thanks sean. yes as long as you or i am happy with the direction were going its all gravy. ive heard people liked me better, bigger, stronger but theres plenty of channels out there that do that. I'm just trying to be happier and healthier. I'm finally getting my bachelors after 5 years of nursing. i want to be a crna eventually

Hey any tips on how i can learn more gym exercises including proper form? I have a similar setup to yours a bit more basic of course and i want to to be able to use all of it. (rogue rml690, dumbells etc)

did you put stall mat in your entire gym and get rid of the plywood base lifting platform?

Leo Pando i think it looks really slick! the problem i have with the stall matt is little tiny pieces of rubber seem to come off and i have to clean frequently. are you concerned that you're doing to crack the foundation now?...i feel like that point of the wood platform is to absorb and distribute the shock in addition to the stall mat... just curious if you've looked into this

They look pretty interesting already....if you posted what you already did without much extra thought, it would be fine....we realize you have a lot on your plate already...Personally I think it would be great to do a quick Pando workout 3/4 times / week....

if you want you lifts to move up for your lighter weight you are going to have to change your mechanics and form a bit.

i agree, I would also have to switch my goals back to strength and numbers. your a beast your my size but twice as strong!

dont have to switch your goals to all strength, just perfect form, new kind of form to better utilize your leverages.

hey bud, um my best tip would be genuine cuz viewers can sense if your passionate about what you have to show. I personally did well with reviews, tutorials. also be relatable. i don't consider my channel that successful but thanks for considering mine enough to ask!
