Being a doctor, I would like to add that Vitamin A is fat soluble vitamin.. So it's absorption is fat dependent.. So eating raw carrot will act only as salad.. To get it's vit A, u need to cook it with oil, or when using it in salad, u should use olive oil etc for dressing..
