I love using essential oils with Diffuser, that makes the air be full of aroma, I used some essential oil brand on amazon, like young living, ISUDA, Pure Oil on amazon, they are great and good price. Learn a lot from this video, thank you

Thanks for this video! Healing Cave Lady here on YT also makes videos on essential oils. She has lots of knowledge and touches on even more safety with essential oils, including safety with children (she has 3 of her own). She loves the ZAQ diffusers too lol.

Can you give us/me a starter article that will help me understand essential oil benefits more and recognize other good articles to read. I agreed with everything you said although I haven't really read anything yet it was my own scientific intuition. Either way I'm trying to research specific oils now (I have a starter kit of 7 with lemongrass, lavender, sweet orange peppermint, eucalyptus and tea tree). Some of these oils I know some of the benefits but I want to dive deeper and I just don't know which articles to trust, everyone suggests different dilutions to use on the skin or in the diffuser, there's disagreement on benefits. Some say never use on the skin even if diluted which doesn't make sense to me because even the mist from the diffuser will come in contact with the skin so I just need help please.

Thank you for addressing the MLM situation and the concentration. I definitely see them being used with reckless abandon. All under the false notion because its derived from a natural source it can't harm you. I would like to bring up a point about diffusing in cars. Cars are a very confined space compared to our homes. This substantially increases the concentration per cubic meter of air. So the dose sky rockets. If a small child is riding in the car, the dose per pound body weight increases even more. Add to the fact small children have more sensitive skin and may burn while adults have no side effects. We must be aware of small children and pets when using these oils in confined spaces. My solution to LA traffic is to just not drive during rush hour unless I absolutely have to 😂. I'm going to be driving back from Malibu to the westside/SW side on Sunday evenings soon though and that's going to be pretty miserable! Thanks for this super informative video, I've been thinking about getting a diffuser for a while...I should just go for it 😁. I realized I've been watching your videos for a long time, since I first henna'd my hair a little over 3 years ago (been back to blonde for almost a year now already). I don't usually comment, but I watch & like pretty much every video and just wanted to let you know I'm silently cheering you on 👏🏻 I noticed that you sort of changed the type of videos you're making and are uploading really consistently and I can't wait for your new videos to be getting the number of views they deserve ❤️
