I cut organic ginger and fill a pint mason jar full to the top and pour 100% vodca to the top ,cap and leave 6 weeks. Strain and start with a few drops.

Raw Honey and 80 proof and above ner go bad, so making a tincture with these together or separate never goes bad, doesn't need refrigerated. For any Herb.

Dr. Leo, thank you for this video. I use ginger for arthritis and to reduce inflammation and just for health. I use it in the pressure cooker with cinnamon and clove. Do you know if using it in the pressure cooker is a problem and getting the benefits of ginger? I cook it in a cooking bag and once that bag has cooled I freeze it and reuse it at least one time. Do you know how many times you can read boil Ginger and still get its benefits? Thank you so much for your help!

Is using powderd ginger that is selled grocery as spice good or bad?(is the benefit still potent)

Commercial powder won’t be as potent as fresh ginger. The process can cause losing some nutrients. If like dry ginger use larger pieces rather than powder.

Hi, tincture is a best way for making extract for internal consumption. The reason is that it includes water and alcohol soluble compounds. If we want to use for skincare and hair care, hydrosol is the best.
