I have one installed on my bike. Saved my whole bike, and especially my legs. If I didn’t have them on, I can bet my life I would have a broken right leg. Only damage I had was my exhaust got scraped up but that’s exactly what exhaust wraps are for!!! Good choice for your bike brotha, you won’t regret it.

That's good that the Bung King bar even keeps the bottom of the primary cover off the ground. When I had my crash in August the crash bars did what they are designed to do. Without them the damage would have been a lot worse. I rode for the first time since the crash today!👊🏻👌🏻😍 You ride safe my friend.👍🏻😎

My bike went over some really banged up roads downtown, my bike went down and my crash bar saved everything. It was at low speeds but still. So thankful for it

Thanks man!!!! I got Bung King front and rear bars. So far my kid sat on my bike and stand was not down all the way. Laid the bike down in garage!!! No Damage at all. Also I dumped bike in super soft sand turning around. Again NO damage at all. Thank you man. I bought those bars by watching your videos. It has saved my bike twice now of having any damage. Best 500 and change I ever spent.

You'll sacrifice 1-5° of lean angle depending on the type of crash bar.

I fitted a mustache front crash guard to my custom Fat Boy .The very next day i dropped it riding up a slope slow. No damage .

@@An_Enraged_Pig everyone is going for the same look and I wanted something different. I also want to add fog led lights which you cannot do on the ones in the vid. Also the height of the crash bar is the perfect height for me to stretch out my legs

Definitely a good idea to have on a bike in my opinion. I was moving my Road King around in my garage and lost ahold of it. Luckily I have the engine guard and the bag guards. The bike sat right down on them instead of being on its side. Thinking about finding one for my Shadow, now. Good video man. ✌🏼

I literally just went down in my apt complex a couple of minutes ago cause there was a big puddle next to a garbage container and I guess a whole bunch of wasps were drinking from that puddle when I slowly went through it. I got stung and my street bob went down never thought in a million years that's how It would go but it happens guys. Minimal damage but best bet now I'm looking for some crash bars..

Hey, thanks for posting that! I've been struggling with whether or not to install a "mustache" and this might be the answer. You did a couple things no other reviewer (that I've seen) did - showed the max lean angle AND where the 2nd point of contact (other than the bar) would be 👍 You left out my two reasons for wanting one: (1) if I could practice my slow turns, without fear of damage, I'd get better at them faster (2) Fn protestors! If you had to push your bike through a crowd of douchecox, this little "shin eater" would make it harder to snatch you off the bike 😁

I have a 2016 FXDLS, with same crash bar.. I scrape peg and crash bar, it skids though so it's fine as long as it doesn't hit a hole or get stuck on something

My crash bar looks to me like it's lower than the foot peg, if I scrape the crash bar on a turn, won't that raise the front wheel off the ground?

Be very carful with crash bars man. at full lean if you start to drag that bar it will take weight off the front wheel. SKETCHY. great for skids and wheelies, not for full lean getting after it.

I'd think about some crash boots for your feet. Those tennis shoes won't cut it if you ever have to lay it down. Dress for the slide not the ride. Be safe brother. 🙏
