Teeth are an important part of our body. We face many problems related to teeth during every stage of our lives. We grow teeth when baby, shed primary teeth and replace them with permanent ones. We need those teeth all our lives and teeth can't regenerate. We clench teeth, receive dental treatments, extractions and have gum problems. Homeopathy can be helpful for our whole life.
Can be really helpfuly when child is growing teeth. Can come to mind if child's primary teeth are decaying rapidly. In these situations, Kreosotum can really give good results. Furthermore, Bacillinum can be used as a defense. Staphysagria and Thuja can also be used. But if primary teeth are decaying too quick, one must remember the importance of structural and miasmatic study and should consult a professional homeopath who specializes in children.
My experience with teeth treatments:
1. Extraction: Emerald 200C a day or at least 2 hours before.
2. Arnica is a must. Can be retaken every 2 hours depending on the operation.
3. Calendula for wounds on gum and inside of the mouth.
4. Hepar Sulphur 6C sometimes accompanied by Pyrogen 30C during wisdom tooth extraction.
5. Hypericum 30C for nerve related problems.
6. Ledum 6C to combat effects of anesthesia.
7. Ruta 6c for joint pain.
8. Many different remedies for completely decayed and inflammed teeth ranging from Propolis, Plantago, Myrrh, Hekla lava, Hepar 6c and Belladona to Pyrogen.
9. Root canal: Arnica, Hypericum, additionally Hepar, Hekla-lava, Ruta. Could also be Pyrogen.
10. Calc-fluor for tooth enamel, Calc-phos for premature tooth, Silica for weak tooth in general.
