• If attacks doesn't last long you might have migraine. Having headaches isn't a necessity.
• If attacks are frequent and there is loss of hearing, you might have migraine.
• There may be flattening of neck or hernia. These aren't there cause of vertigo.
• Vertigenous might be a part of migraine with aura.
