Yes.... the problems in society are due to being angry, greedy, fear, selfish, addictive to -ve energy....etc meditation can cut all these and world becomes healthy Iam planning to start a meditation centre....to do my bit in future

I have been doing heartfulness for past 1.5 years and it has changed my life completely. My work at workplace changed nicely and people started to praise my work.
I have been meditating for nearly a month consistently now and I can vouch I have the exact same benefits. I was always feeling super irritated and in a state of anger at others before and its not even been a whole month and I feel like a different person. I actually feel a lot of love and so much more patience for others, I notice so much of my anxiety has decreased, its kind of mind-blowing as I didn't even really realize I was suffering with that much anxiety to begin with. Stressful situations that happen I realize how calm I act and dont have the same intensity of thoughts in my brain - it feels truly magical. I cant wait to practice this for the rest of my life.
Meditation enhances creativity. All things work to the benefit of those who increase and get regular doses of meditation. Better health benefits which means more time to do what we love. Meditation doesn't require hours at one time. One can mediate during activity. It's called active meditation. Active meditation consists of anything you are doing which brings joy. Dancing, Painting, Crafts, Crochet, Pilates exercise, Running, Hiking, Walking at the beach or in the forest, and in nature, Poi Dancing, Hula Dancing, Extreme Sports etc. Anything which requires a different focus and away from mental chatter is a form of meditation. I love meditating! If I don't meditate I get annoyed and easily stressed. I've meditated for many years and I will always continue. Sometimes I do 15 minutes, other days 1+ hour. It depends on my daily life. If I force myself it becomes negative, where as if I know it's just 15 minutes of my day the routine quickly becomes natural= longer meditation time. In the tags you should add "reduces stress & anxiety" the world needs to be more stress free. ☀️☯ I really like your videos! 👍🏻😊
@@KUSH_Joshi I’m sure you’ll agree that some meditation is better than none. If only more people would meditate ( even just for 15-30 minutes daily ) the word would be very different. So, lets take things down to earth - where we belong while we’re incarnated here. Not everyone can live like a yogi in a cage, where others bring them food. 😏

I have to lay on the floor with a timer for 7 mins. That's all I can do for now. If I sit up I start thinking about too much. I can't lay on the bed. Then I keep thinking of other things. But on the floor. I can fully relax
My 4 grown kids made my mind go blank so it was easy 4 me when I started 2 yrs ago. I started listening to a talk down meditation to just music. It's between awake n sleep I had in color visuals n live. It's amazing only last like 30 seconds or so but when I started thinking wow what am I seeing it goes away. That's my experience but I'd suggest to get relaxed n I need quiet. Sometimes you'll fall asleep n try again another time.

What you said is so true. I felt the same way too after 30 days. But after i got used to meditation, i kinda started to skip and when i look back, i noticed that i've skipped too much and i have to start again from Day 1.
I meditated for 4 to 5 months under the guidance of guru ..as I was deeply depressed ...within 2 months I joined post graduation ...in class which ever question it may be ,with out my knowledge I'm answering perfectly..and people are now treating me like a alien ....I left meditation for few months ...now starting again ..thank you for the video
Best thing is I loved this meditation very much, only reason is I am feeling happy throughout the day (heartfullness= full of happiness and satisfaction towards life)...

After Day 2, I began to notice a plethora of "feelings" associated w/ deeply suppressed emotions gushing into my consciousness. Instead of allowing myself to wallow, moan, lament & groan, it was all but instantaneous that I was able to gently usher this 'smoke' thru my spine & shoulder connection w/out "THINKING" or mulling over issues designed to strengthen them, which was/is the goal. On Day 9, I'm much lighter, confident, creative & IN the NOW quite spontaneously, PLUS, I'm eager to sit n meditation which is a 1st for me... I come out bewildered by the amount & weight of emotional garbage, debris and self-created deception that was holding me hostage w/ me as the most harsh slave-master. I'm actually breathing again, laughing again AND enjoying myself & I've only just begun. Namaste...

I have a question about law of attraction and manifesting: We need to feel a strong emotion towards what we want to manifest, in order for law of attraction to work. I am able to feel the emotion, but only on a weak level. How can I intensify the emotion, so I'll be able to manifest? Thanks and blessings.
Meditation is for breaking out of all the habitual things and knowing your true self , training and practice nothing to do with it , afterall mediation is doing nothing In you haven't quit achievers mind , you simply never mediated , you just closed your eyes that's it but keep on thinking , it's not mediation, you haven't obsrved your thoughts !
I am suffering from anxiety which I couldn't avoid and it's disturbing my life...I started meditating and waiting for the absence of effect s of anxiety in my life..

In general, why is it that when people talk about manifesting through the law of attraction they always mention 15 days? I mean, I noticed that you do that too. Does it really work that fast? Also, I LOVE your intro music! What's the track called?
+Scam Artist It can work even faster! I think people, including myself, use the illustration of 15 days to express that change can be seen in a short period of time when we start changing our thoughts. I'll check the name of the Intro music and add another reply - can't recall the name right now. I made the intro using Final Cut Pro, this music was included with that 🙂
Thanks so much for the videos! Stumbled upon them last month and have been watching regularly since. Two questions: I've been trying to meditate off and on since the past couple of years and am getting better but fall asleep almost every time in the middle of it. How do I fix that? Also, have you pondered over the mechanics behind the law of attraction? There has to be a better explanation than just having blind faith right?

Masterclasses sessions will help in discriminating between the two. Can anything from the outside change in more direct ways after meditating? Like for example if I’m going through divorce and I want to fix it can meditation somehow help me give answers to stop it or God intervenes for me instead of just feeling peace and calm during the divorce? Peace and calm is good but that’s the last resort if I can have my prayers come true and more abundance and more opportunities that would be amazing along with the peace
