Hello, good afternoon, how are you doing? Good video: D, I have a question, I am from Uruguay and I bought a supplement from the United States called, garden of life ultimate care of 100 billion, and I want to know if that works for the implant since it has yeasts that may not work for the colon, thank you very much in advance, I use translator

I can't do coffee enemas anymore...I leave them in forever, and I feel more toxic as a consequence(I've been heavy metal toxic for five years). In any event, can you leave raw green coffee beans in water over time to eventually be able to grind them down into enema solution without the need to roast/cook them?

Thank you so much for sharing! This information is gold ✨. What would be the difference between a serie of probiotic implants and a fecal microbiome transplant? Do you know?
@Upsidedownpilates
@Upsidedownpilates 2 года назад
These are 2 different types of procedures. A probiotic implant can be done at home. A fecal transplant is generally done with the help of a practitioner where healthy fecal matter is harvested and then it is processed and put into capsule form.

@@Upsidedownpilates thank you so much for the clarification ☺️ Prices for both are extremely different, FMT can be up to 20K euros. Do you think one can get great same benefits with a few probiotic implants? There are lots of clinics in the UK that do this. Is there a brand you would recommend to buy to do it at home? Thanks again for your insights ❤️

@@bodymindsoul3241 They are two different procedures. They cannot be compared. More info and where to purchase enema kits and probiotics for enemas: bit.ly/coffee_enema_info As for FMT It is not something I recommend at this time. We just don't understand the gut microbiome in its entirety. Unless you have C Diff that is going to kill you I would try different avenues first. That is my opinion. Take it with a grain of salt.

It seems, unknown to me, my girlfriend has also been looking into enemas for health and coffee enemas with added essential oils. She was a nurses aid at one time so she has some experience. I was stuck and unable to start. But, she took over and gave me three cleansing enemas with baking soda and salt and then the coffee enema with oils. I found them a bit uncomfortable, not bad, just uncomfortable. Afterwards, I felt very light and energized. I am medium build and work out 2-3 times a week, a senior, but in decent health. She is following the same routine and it looks like this just might be a weekly occurrence. She gave them to me slowly, using a start/stop method

Is a coffee enema once a day to much and how many times should we do a probiotic retention enema
@Upsidedownpilates
@Upsidedownpilates Год назад
Great question. I recommend getting advice from your health care practitioner, especially if you have an issue. Each situation is different. Doing one a day for a period of time may be very helpful, but you have to keep up with your electrolytes. A long period of time could cause mineral imbalances.

How often can I do a probiotic implant? I am doing a carrot juice fast for 5 days and I will be doing coffee enemas during those 5 days as well. Can I do an implant following those enemas for that 5 day duration? Also thank you so much for sharing. This information was absolutely golden ❤

If you don’t have kidney issues you won’t feel a difference but ckd people we have a tough time balancing electrolytes on our own.. doing an enema can literally flush your electrolytes potentially causing a heart attack or even kidney failure.. I did an enema and felt like I was dying you have to literally monitor every electrolytes minerals before doing one.. not worth it in my opinion

What I am confused about is that fermented milk is not similar in microbial makeup, to our colon.. do people really see results? I always have severe die off reactions when I drink kefir but I also have allergies to Candida albicans and Saccharomyces cerevisiae which makes me wonder if I am having cross reactivity to other Yeasts. The other issue I have with fermented foods is that many of the bacteria are histamine producing. I need more bacteria that break down histamine. I plan to do DIY FMT but am waiting to have enough money to test my donor stool for Cov19 first so I am looking for something to treat MS with while I wait.

Great comment and questions. I have never worked with anyone who is only doing probiotic implants. They are working with many protocols in a comprehensive program. Yes, they get great results. I have personally experienced great results too. The "good yeast, fungi, and bacteria" in kefir will cause a die-off in many people. You may have cross-reactivity, but more likely you are killing off some bad yeasts. Be very cautious with this as you will get a reaction from doing an implant like what you experience with drinking it. Always check with your personal health care practitioner first.

@@Upsidedownpilates thank you for the reply. I hadn't thought of this before but I took a microbiology class on fermented foods and the microbiome and I remember that when making sourdough bread, the Saccharomyces cerevisiae comes from the air. This makes me think that it also ends up in other fermented foods, even though it isn't the star microbe. Do you have any idea if there is a list of the microbes that show up in homemade kefir? I will see if I can get ahold of my professor to ask the questions too. What is really interesting is that the immune reactivity to Saccharomyces cerevisiae is common but not usually tested for. I came across some studies showing that certain probiotics can worsen bi poor disorder and it made me wonder if they can worsen other health conditions as well. Ugh, so much that we just don't yet have answers to.
@Upsidedownpilates
@Upsidedownpilates 2 года назад
@@emilye709 Yes! Yes! Yes! You're getting it. Soooo there are many books to read! Here are some thoughts- 1) We have no idea what is actually in the human gut microbiome. Everybody is different and not everything can be tested for. 2) You would need to test each batch of fermented food to see what is in it, but we cannot test for everything because we just don't know. Think viruses, fungi, yeast, bacteria, worms, etc 3) One person's food is another person's poison. It is not even the "condition". It is the microbiome of that person that a probiotic, fermented food, prebiotic etc may be great for one person and disastrous for someone else. Even if they have the same health complaint. 4) The bottom line is no one knows. That is why science and the investigation into our full body microbiome is so interesting! Unfortunately, most good info hasn't made it to journals yet. Keep your eyes peeled and proceed with caution.
@Upsidedownpilates

Also, I did not state the obvious. Check a kefir starter packet and you will see what is in it. However, what is actually in the finished product will need to be tested to know as it will pick up things along the way.
@emilye709
@emilye709 2 года назад
@@Upsidedownpilates I have never used a kefir starter pack. I usually use fresh grains but this is something I will consider since I can get a little better idea of what is in it. Store bought kefir says what is in it and is tested because they are not allowed to have certain yeasts that grow in home made kefir. I know it isn't the same but do you recommend against using store bought, organic plain kefir? I usually let it sit out untill the bottle swells. Maybe if i let it sit long enough the whey will separate. What is interesting is that I do not have nearly as strong of a reaction to a specific brand as I do other brands and homemade. Fermented foods, generally have the same makeup with tiny verriations here and there because the substrate attracts specific microbes and because of the starter culture plus what is usually in the air. Even wild ferments are similar. Like one wild kimchi wont be drastically different from another. What is cool about kimchi is that it contains a microbe not found in any other ferments! I am sure batches of home made kefire have been tested somewhere. It won't tell me exactly what would be in mine but give a good idea. Certain bacteria like to live together so they come as a team and keep other microbes out which is why Fermented foods are safer to consume than pasteurized foods. My absolute favorite book is, I Contain Multitudes, by Ed Yong. I recommend it to everyone but no one ever reads it lol I am ALWAYS looking for new studies to come out on the microbiome. It is probably the topic I am most passionate about. As far as what there is to know, we don't know much. At the same tome we know a lot. We do know that there are specific microbes present or missing in the microbiome of specific illnesses, such as MS, compared to healthy contros. When those missing microbesare replaced, the person gets well! Unfortunately those missing microbes are not present in Fermented foods. They can only be obtained from donor stool right now. They could make a probiotic but who knows when. Testing is getting significantly better as well. Unfortunately there are some pretty crummy companies out there as well who are making recommendations without any scientific evidence. Unfortunately the vest ones have to be ordered by a physician but will tell you which microbes relate to what symptoms and illness and so you can find a donor who does have those microbes to replace them. A clinic where I live does this but it is so expensive! Anyways, I gave a bit more info than was relevant haha I just get so excited to talk about microbes haha
