@raginehernandez3307 I just started taking them yesterday and I feel my appetite has been quite suppressed, I normally have crazy cravings for sweet things but also for food in general, every day. Since yesterday morning, I haven't felt any cravings like this, and if I do finally feel hungry, it feels very controllable, like I can really control what I am going to eat rather than eating for cravings.
