My mom makes the best nopal salad. In Mexico we have a saying “I am more Mexican than the nopal.” And the fruit we call Tina if you eat too much tunas you can get constipated but they are sweet and delicious 😅

Instead of taking the capsule can I just put the 1 gram of nopal into 2 cups of water and drink it that way? I do not like to swallow pills. Thanks
