Love the full titanium...the blue one is stunning..but i want Day/Date 😢 I look for 2 weeks now and can't find the watch i want. This would be the one if it had only day/date
I love my *Citizen Super Titanium, Duratect TIC* field watch: *BM8560-11XE.* It has a stunning sapphire crystal and 10 bar, (100m) W/R. With the leather strap, it weighs in at 52g. I put it on and forget about it. No way does it feel cheap. I know I have a quality, titanium timepiece on my wrist. Citizen's quality control is outstanding. It's looks great and it's super comfortable to wear.
I am loving mine especially the look it gives. I found the leather strap to be too stiff. Review coming soon with a tip on how to look after the strap and soften it up. Thanks for watching!
This is obviously a great watch. The only problem I see with it is lack of flare on the dial. It looks a bit boring and overly conservative tbh. They could at least paint the second hand red... or add some other interesting detail. They also could make the date window a bit bigger and make it to be black with white numerals, so it would match the dial. But those are just my subjective, rather petty objections. Considering the price, I'd say it's overall a solid 8/10.
I hear those points, yes the 'boring' might be true. I guess if you want a simple timepiece this is for you. I do like a watch where the minute hand is edged in a colour/highlighted somehow to make it stand out. Thanks for watching as ever!
@@folksurvival Maybe, or maybe not. Or blue, or yellow, or teal second hand...? I wasn't trying to be specific. That's just a common trick watchmakers do in order to make a dial a bit more interesting. For example, the most beautiful dial to me has Sinn 556 irs... mono-black dial, with white hands, but with red second hand.
It comes on a brown leather strap, I swapped it out. Review coming very soon, including it on the original strap so you will see it out of the box. Thanks for watching!
I have 2 so far and like them both, they are so lightweight though and I do like the feel of a watch on my wrist. I take it they have worn well? Thanks for watching!
@@BudgetWatchReviewsI have rather sensitive skin, and because of that I prefer titanium watches - because of how light they are, they feel much better on my wrist than stainless steel watches (by that I mean stainless steel watches with stainless steel bracelets). Don't get me wrong - stainless steel watches still fell more premium on my wrist, but if I have to choose between premium feel and how it affects the skin on my wrist, I prefer lighter, gentler, titanium watch. And I prefer metal bracelet - rubber/silicone can pull your skin a bit, polyester canvas may feel too gritty, and leather cannot be washed.
