How can you possibly be serious. You do understand a person can look up the actual sale price of any vessel. Your asking price is more that the sail boat was purchased for. Sail boats depreciate in value. The higher the original sale price the faster the value falls. This sail boat is a 2013 which means on average decreased value of 20% for a vessel in near perfect condition. Actual current sale price of this model boat on listed comparisons is: $163,000.00. That is the average price the last 10 vessels sold for. The average listing price is at $196,000.00. Original sale price of a fully loaded 2013 with every option was actually $230,000. The list price at $332,000 was with all the extra dealer fees and before rebates on the sale was the highest reported sale of this boat. Your asking for a 50,000 increase on a sail boat that has depreciated. I realize you live off of two maybe three sales per year but no one can be that stupid to believe you. I will watch it for the next six months. It will sit and the price will drop. When it hits a actual sale price someone will buy it. Until then you might as well pull it out of the water.
