I'm suffering from vertigo ever since I injured my neck while performing squat with heavyweight without a support. It's all started in 2020 when I start doing gym. I went to the general physician doctors I told him about my situation (feeling dizzy moving head right left up down bending backward forward, rolling in bed). Doctor done full body checkup and came up with conclusion that I have vitamin B12 deficiency and start giving me vitamin B12 shots. It helped me for a while but didn't completely cured my dizziness it came back after 2 weeks treatment and my family again took me to same doctor and again started the same procedure Full body checkup. Again came up with same treatment Vitamin B12 shots. After course completion it(dizziness) came back again this time I didn't go to that doctor I went to the hospital I told him about my situation and all treatment that I had taken recently but that doctor also didn't take my situation seriously and given me vertin 8mg , multivitamin, diclofenac medicine without diagnosing my illness. Although vertin 8mg helped me a lot but not completely cured me. I stopped sleeping on my back and start sleeping on my stomach it improved.
