Thanks! I was split between the Benks Infinity and infinity pro stands for the iPad Pro 12.9 inch, and this helped a lot. I’m using it for sidecar with my MacBook Pro 14 inch, so the weakness of the stand at low angles can definitely be a dealbreaker
It's too bad that Benks doesn't have any type of customer service Had received a damaged Benks stand and sent them numerous emails to get this corrected and replaced and still after 1 month no response from them so I now have disputed the charge with cc company and they will not get their stand back nor the payment I made since they didnt reply to my many emails It is terrible customer service I do not suggest that you buy anything from Benks because of this alone
Can you post a short video of using it to sketch in low, angled positions, particularly with the bottom edge of the iPad resting on the table? I would love to see if the added support of the table would stabilize the iPad in spite of the saggy hinge. Other videos of the older, non-pro stand (and the Lululook version of it) show those hinges are so stiff as to be hard to adjust for strong-looking adults, and I am worried that my kid might struggle with that.
If you have the hinge at low angle, you will have to support it with your other hand. With Lululook foldable stand, you don't have to support with other hand. The hinge may be stiff but it's not that stiff. Maybe as stiff as the tightest laptop hinge.
No. The magnet positions for 11 and 12.9 are different. If you want to use the same stand, you should get this one www.lululook.com/products/tablet-stand-holder?rfsn=6999625.5cb85f
Hi! Between this, the Lululook v2 stand, and the v1 Benks, which would you say is best in terms of magnet strength, hinge strength, durability and ergonomics? Thank you and subscribed!
Lululook and Benks have very strong magnets. If you don't need the stand to fold, you can just go with the non-foldable one (Lululook) as it is cheaper. Or if you need foldable, the design shown in the video is good as the hinge is stiff and base is stable. See all the tablet stands I've reviewed here www.parkablogs.com/tags/tablet-stand
Just make sure to get the correct size. The 12.9 and 11 are not interchangeable. If you want something that definitely works, go with their rotating stand which I actually prefer because you can use it with any tablet. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ZZym0tucwKg.html
Do you have a screw or something to adjust? because my intention is to use it at less than 45% and that it does not support the weight is something that goes against my desire to buy it
Does this stand wobble if you write with the Apple Pencil in the high position? And is it good and stable for drawing at an angle if you lower it to the table? I’m looking for a stand that is stable enough for this two things
The hinge is not strong when the angle is low. You'll want this instead which has a much stronger hinge and can be used at all angles. www.parkablogs.com/content/review-lululook-foldable-ipad-pro-stand
hi there, thanks for this awesome video. Have you also managed to try the 360 rotational foldable by lululook? i'm wondering how does it compare to benks. thanks.
There are such accessories from Pitaka, but are way more expensive. www.parkablogs.com/content/high-speed-wireless-ipad-pro-charging-pitaka-magez-case-pro
