Im getting s9 for half the price of ipad pro... Im more attracted towards ipad due to its procreate and more powerful chipset... But can anyone suggest is it really worth to pay double for ipad ???
It comes down to whether you really need Procreate. There are many drawing apps on Android too. As for powerful chipset, that's not a deciding factor at all because just imagine iPad has 1000 times more powerful processor... so what?
@@teohontech7141 thanks for the response... I just dont want to regret buying... I have never used an Apple device so im not sure if it really provides that much of an upgrade to double my budget..
im deciding between the M2 ipad pro and ipad air M2 … just cant decide but im a moderate-light adobe fresco user but I have 2 android phones lol - s24+ and pixel 7 lmaoo im stuckkk
Hi Mr teoh . IM considering to buy new laptop for art and animation ... did you ever do a review for budget 2 in 1 laptop like Lenovo yoga 7 2 in 1 (ryzen 5 version) ? If not, what do you think about this device for daily use as an artist and animator do you think this device can possible handle the programs like potoshop, animator smoothly thank you
Those 2-in-1 devices are usually not as good in terms of drawing performance, eg diagonal line wobble. Better ones is Surface Pro. Otherwise just get a normal laptop with a pen display
You said this screen only display 8-bit color while ASUS mentions 10-bit. . 8-bit vs 10 bit is HUGE. ASUS spreading false advertisement! “With 8-bit, each channel can capture 256 shades of a particular colour, meaning the final image can display 16.7 million colours in total. A 10-bit file contains 1,024 shades per channel, resulting in more than a billion colours in total.”
Thanks a lot for this great review! Can touch be switched off with this tablet? And I read about the issue of softness of the display due to anti glare coating. I´m very much split on this - it might be a dealbreaker, unfortunately. The Wacom Cintiq Pro 17 is prohibitively expensive, and the Huion Kamvas Pro 19 hits all the right buttons. I´m actually hoping they will release a version with less anti glare coating.
Great review! Thanks for testing the cursor alignment when using different grips. Reviewers don’t always mention that how grip angle can affect the cursor offset.
the felt nib is more large than the plastic nib? In the video, apparently the felt nib is larger, so probably it's reduce the wobble of the pen? Thanks in advance
Parblo PR100 will fit, but it's still low on the table. I also forgot to mention there's a Huion ST100 stand that can prop up the pen display more vertically.
Have you tested how usable the touch is with the smudge tool? I mean, in some apps (foe example CSP) it's possible to configure single touch to another tool, so one can draw lines with stylus and then smudge (or erase or fill or whatever was selected as finger function) with finger. Very natural & efficient work flow.
