I played in a band before that I really loved playing in and the bass player would always tell me that I would usually play with this laid back kind of feel, I never really could understand what he was saying, we would play some songs and he would tell me not to play so laid back try to play sort of ahead of the click, it's something I have always had a hard time trying to figure out, how to play sort of on top of the click or behind [or laid back] .. is this something the dvd could help me with?

It is not this the same bar where he recorded some of the first dvd's scenes? The back chairs and the walls looks familiar. :D
