Just preordered one from BenQ direct to replace my Optima UHD30 that after a very short period of time started failing multiple ways. Got the run around from the seller and Optima forever one not responding and Optoma saying the seller wasn’t an authorized seller. Asked Optima to sell me the parts to repair it and they said the parts aren’t even available to fix it, so even if they honored their warranty, they themselves don’t even have the parts to fix it. Finally just griped to Amazon themselves and they took the return outside of the window.

Does the contrast or dark levels appear any better then on the x1300i you had? Just curious how better the new one is other then resolution. Also any idea if 1440p is able to do more then 60hz? I'd assume not ,but here's to hoping. Good review, and I also agree cute doge :)

Looks like the projector is aiming higher than the screen. Did you have to use keystone adjustment? If so did it affect your input lag?

How did you align the projector with screen, it's not as easy as I thought. Is there any website to explain exactly how to install a projector to align perfectly with screen ?

My brother is an electrician and he says don't pay any attention to bulb hours the bulb would last that long it's actually the starter that crap out that's the components that drive the bulb he said they can go at any time. He said when buying anything LED you ask them how long does the starter last four rather than the LED.

I went through a handful of projectors around 15 years ago and this is not even close to the same thing. All of my projectors could be doubled as a furnace

Heads up for y'all, the input latency goes up to 16ms at 4k60 according to Tom's Hardware.

Now tell us what the actual *colour lumen* output is. That looks like 1500 colour lumens *max* which means it's a nice toy but largely useless for a real world room without heavy light control.
