What is the longevity of your product if it has a product discontinued 6 months ago? Does you product do upgrades automatically?

Can this also be a TV too to get tv programming

Yes, in theory you could connect a cable box or other video source to this screen and use it to watch your favorite programming.

Does it have an in-built webcam?

No, you'll have to use an external webcam. If you use it with a connected laptop, you can just use the webcam on the computer and show the image on the display.
