Very professional video shot in that kind of weather! You are so very focused on your narrative of the features of the car even with the rain hammering down. Good job!
The dashboard seems like it's really high, I'm 170cm and think I would struggle driving this car. But putting the pointless negativity aside, this car is absolutely beautiful!
Thank you for another well done review and attention to detail. For some of the controls, you mentioned a 'checkered structure'. In English we use the term 'knurled knob' and I think in German you use 'Rändelrad' to describe the machine effect on metal. Does that sound correct?
Great job of reviewing my dream car brend - the Bentley! If I may say, the flying spur has more elegant and classy feeling, but the gt is more like a sports beast! If I'm in a position to choose, I will go for the flying spur. And for the note, the whole Fiat 500 family has rounded headlights and I think it's very retro and in the same time looks modern. Greetings from Belgrade.
+Elmediterraneo Manifico I hope not, the panamera is porsche's ugkiest car and the bentayga looks like some horrorfest dreamt up by frankenstien, mind you it's not surprising, I think he's bentley's chief designer at the moment.
+Mehmet Bakır Good point, for a car that costs that amount you expect the best not excuses, the tech is years old like the car design, buy a mercedes s class coupe instead, looks super cool, uses less fuel, the tech is the most advanced and it's really fast and very comfortable to travel in.
+Mehmet Bakır Thanks for the reply Mehmet, by the way have you seen thomas's review of that bejewelled monstrosity the bentayga, thank god for oligarths, footballers and the generally crass and tasteless rich or bentley would be out of business.lol.
Can I please ask you a question. If you could choose a car to buy, would you go for the Mercedes S-class coupe AMG or the Bentley Continental speed and why?
+izinja69 seen our S-Class Coupe review? ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-g-2ARvGeAXc.html And I also did a comparison video of that question: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-xv1eOsVHdrc.html
Thomas, I just wanted you to close the doors so that you didn't get rain on the inside! Why didn't they let you do the external tour of the car inside a garage or large building? That Toaurag 2005 Unfotainments system is a damned disgrace on such a prestigious car; there reall is zero excuse for it! Other than that, a nice Grand Tourer. I'd prefer the Bentayga though!
Wouldn't ever have one in green, but I really think they have improved the design of the continental since it's launch, I used to hate this thing but this generation really has changed my opinion. I think the design is definitely timeless. However the interior could still improve on certain things such as button quality etc. And I don't know what it is with British car and infotainments but they just don't mix, JLRs, Bentleys and Rolls Royces infotainments are terrible, slow and poorly designed. Other than that great car and great review in rainy Britain :P Plus at 11:29 you said the car weighs 2,300 tonnes not KG, just thought I'd point that out
+Marco Contino umbrella makes the sound noisy and my face dark and I cant show stuff with my hands plus the car gets maybe covered - so I suffer for you.
+Autogefühl Totally appreciate that! :)) You're always so professional! May I suggest to do the next review in Italy? The weather here is pretty good for almost the whole year LOL - Kann Man Ja Mal Machen Thomas
+Autogefühl Because most people could only dream of ever owning one of the beautiful vehicles and the thought of anything hapening to it, even the interior getting a couple of drops of water, is cringe worthy for any of us admirers! haha
Bentley's are just too old fashioned, bit of a grandad car, the technology and the interior are really out of date, they should do a full redesign of the car and bring it up to date. I just hope the wiould do a better job than they did with the XP10, the interior of the car was terriiffic and it had the rear of an aston martin which was really great , but sorry the front looked like a baboon's bottom.
