Heard your feedback on the magic transition sound, so changed it to the classic one! 😉👌🏽 Love the GT Continental, the Speed is coming soon too, can’t wait to see how that compares!! Please do subscribe guys, keep to smash that 300k ASAP!!! 😈🙏🏽
There are very few cars in the world which can challenge S65/63 Coupe, and I think this one is right up there!! Absolutely LOVE this masterpiece!! Thank you God.
In a world where mainstream car design and powertrains get worse and worse every year, it is SO refreshing to see a piece of art like this being offered on sale. Stunning and expressive exterior design. Classy, artistic interior with a lot of flair and attention to detail (And NO sickly futuristic design language)... And then that engine... A dream come true.
For sure. The germans need to learn from this. Heck even the new bentley inspired Genesis cars look better than the bland mercs and ugly big grill bmws
@@savagesock3598 i actually agree with you. i myself drive an older audi and enjoy it. i love how new cars look, but i do think they just overdo it with screens and useless stuff. however, if i compare the solutions from bentley, i think they got it just right. i mostly enjoy lexus to be honest and toyota has sparked my interest aswell - mainly because both focus on what is important: driving.
@@stefan5218 right, I imagine if I ever am in the market for a luxury car I'd go with a Lexus since they have all sorts of features and have better build quality.
My dream car is a Bentley GT Continental. Maybe one day I will own one. I read somewhere that the reason they have the hideaway screen is so the car will remain timeless even when that screen tech becomes dated.
Just FYI, in the James Bond books, his personal car was a Bentley. First, "one of those 4.5 litre Bentleys" built in 1933 (though Fleming later stated 1930, for some reason) and, later, a grey Bentley Mark II Continental, which he upgraded from a 4.5 litre to a 4.9 litre engine, and had a custom drophead body from Mulliner.
Loved this video Raz. I share your thoughts on this beauty. In fairness, I’ve loved all generations of the Continental. Beautiful drive, and gracious wafter on all road surfaces 👌 loving seeing other brands on your channel and you and Jamie enabling the RBR game changing treatment & histories. Fantastic premier channel, that I’ve enjoyed following from day one.
You have out-done yourself with this, it is a sheer pleasure to observe automobiles via your commentary, I love your English, I love your no b.s. rhetoric derived from your own experiences, thanks! (p.s. Yesss, the oval rear lights are an art work on their own!)
I understand this car, I get this car, I love this car. But in examining this car to the fullest you must consider the cost of owning. Check it out the cost to service and the frequency of service. Anyway thanks for doing this
RBR & RRR, your video is nothing short of brrrrrrrilliant. From the enthralling & brief company history, to the exciting and thorough review. Loved it. Subscribed. All the best.
Hello Mr. AMG, you forgot to mention the 2015 Continental GT3-R in your intro. It's amazing. I hope you can get your contact at Bently to review it. That would be Awesome. Thanks Tim 2015 Bentley Continental GT3-R, for example. Only 300 examples rolled off the production line, each powered by a twin-turbo, 4.0-liter V8 that develops 572 horsepower and 518 lb-ft of torque. Weighing in at 4,937 pounds
I am a massive car guy. McLaren, Lamborghini, Porsche, and Ferrari would all be a must have if I won the lottery. However, ever since I was a kid Bentley has always held a special place in my heart. Ever since I first laid eyes on a 2000 Bentley Arnage I thought it was the most beautiful car ever. Not gonna lie I would probably buy a Bentley Continental GT if I could only have 1 “over 100k” cars in my life. This would be a dream daily driver.
It’s a beautiful beast. If you can afford one, research the mechanics and shops in your area before purchasing. Trust me, it will save you tons of time and frustration with your purchase. The costs of owning a Bentley begins after you purchase one. This rule also applies to all cars but owing unique cars like this comes with a lot unexpected challenges that are costly. Most owners lease to deal with these challenges.
Sequin Blue exterior, Imperial Blue/Linen interior, Mulliner Driving Spec, and Exterior Styling Package. That would be my perfect spec for Conti GT. Oh, and it has got to be the V8 for me.
I don’t think I would spend this much money on a car but I do have a new 8 series and at least I can say my car actually has more crystals in its interior than a Bentley.
If I could only have just one car. The latest body style w12 continental would be my pick. It can be a comfortable cruiser, impressive on track and looks the part
My father has a brand new V8 continental convertible, and it's an absolutely beautiful car, all chrome is blacked out! navy blue convertible roof, silver with a blue tint. The noise of this thing when started up is incredible. 0-60 in around 3.6 seconds, Top speed 200 mph. Bentley garage told him that the W12 will be discontinued with in this decade. V8 twin turbo is to replace it, Something to do with Co2 emissions? I wish I could upload a picture of it for you guys!
@@ThePhins1972 Thank you for the response! Congrats on your fathers new ride!! I wish I could see it. I figured it was only a matter of time when Bentley would retire the W12. VW groups V8 twin Turbo V8 engine is in a lot of Audi RS, Porsche Turbo/GTS, Bentley lines and the Lamborghini Urus. Just different tunings of the engine and exhaust and they all sound different too. I also do think it has to do with Co2 emission.
You have really great content. It would extremely good if you would add years of production for the previous version cars and other comparisons. Cheers!
