+boarding Media It's Conzulman Road in the Marin Headlands just off the North end of the Golden Gate Bridge near San Francisco. If you pause it at 3:48 you can see one of the bridge towers in the background, though I admit it may be difficult to see if you don't know what you are looking for. I just got my Freebord very recently but know this road from cycling...I live in the area...it is on my to do list when I become a good enough Freebord rider. One of the great things about this section is it is one way downhill...perfect!
I'm loving this! But I don't know which one I prefer, this or longboard downhill. I'm used to a skatepark skateboard, so the longboard might be more intuitive, especially because of the foot positioning and freedom (from not being strapped to the skateboard), but those power slides on the type of skateboard shown on this video look so fun, almost like a snowboard. Can anyone that has tried both give me a little help?
I have both a downhill long board and this I love both of them but it depends on what you really want to do. Freebord is great for going to the skatepark and doing hills but not great for pedaling and going places. I'd you want to do hills and be able to pedal around all the time id recomend a long board either way they're both fantastic
onfire4000 it is always slanted on one side so you just need to push more than you would think. once your used to riding the freebord it really isnt that bad if you were to go cruise with friends with longboards. but you would just be pushing more than them on flatground thats all.
