I used to have an ED, and not eating at school/work was the easiest thing to do. These look super delicious, the only downside is that if you put 2 different foods in the same compartment, it will affect the texture. For example, it’s 109% sure that on Tuesday, those chips got soft after being stored with bread (bagel)
Love the falafel recipes! I was just wondering if I made a batch of those falafel, would they be OK to freeze? And if so what way would you go about reheating them? Thank you 😊
Of course you can freeze them! My mom always makes an extra falafel batch and freezes it. For reheating just pop it in the microwave to defrost for a couple of minutes and give it a quick stir after that and you're good to go!
Hello . Big fan of your channel especially these videos. Question regarding the falafels can you use brown rice flour or does it have to be rice flour? I have some dried chickpeas so I would love to try these and see the difference about them not crumbling that you mentioned.
Your falafel recipe was interesting have you tried an original middle-eastern falafel recipe? For example, we don't use rice flour and it's much simpler than this, we also deep fry them. Regardless I'm going to give it a try!!
I always love your videos! Such a relaxing voice 😌 but I was wondering about the chickpeas, I heard you should never ever prepare them raw as they are poisonous, is that not true for the falaffels?
Food shouldn't be kept out of the fridge for longer than 2 hours, so these are made to be kept in the fridge which would stop the yoghurt from spoiling 🙂

No, the lid fits right over the hummus pot and with the seal is airtight, but it's always a good idea to keep lunchboxes stored upright anyway! Thanks for watching ☺️
