Along with hundreds of rotting horse carcasses. Without any forklifts; they had to let the carcass rot before they could rip it apart with other horses and cart it away. Progress was still slow until October 1908 when Henry Ford introduced the Model T. That's when the car truly came into being.

glad to hear that the old single cylinder of old years sound almost identical to any other single cylinder of low displacement it should, but often due to not working the same way many engines dont sound like others its good dont get me wrong but its something strange, the fact that this engine, over 100 years old, sounds like a modern china made single cylinder found on many things (looking at honda clones, predator, ect)
