Thank you for sharing you experience and sharing your story. I have been in protracted withdrawal since June 2022 after cutting cold turkey from Cymbalta. My life has never felt the same since. I get all the symptoms you are experiencing and they are very very intense. I’m always afraid of dying because of how severe they are. I can’t believe how much our bodies respond to these terrible drugs. Thank you for sharing hope that things do get better because sometimes I’m just stuck thinking I’m going to stay like this forever. Please keep sharing your story and talking about this because it’s not talked about enough. I just want my life back from this. Oh my goodness I just started following you and I have to say after week three of getting off of trazodone I thought it would never stop and that I was in rebound of depression and it’s not true I pushed through the next week and I couldn’t believe how I woke up for the first time in 30 years without being tired and feeling great and so hearing you is so awesome because I still have to get off of mirtazapine quickly I only have six months to get off of it and I’m on 15 mg so I’m gonna start this Saturday with half a pill 10% a month they said

These are the stories that keep me going. Currently coming off of Zoloft 200mg after 10 years of being on it. I am down to 100mg after about 9 months of tapering, and I feel mostly alright. My concern is lowering dosages further and further. But I know I will get through it and be done with this drug. Thank you.

Thank you for your encouraging words. I am coming off Paxil. (Wicked evil drug) even tho I am coming down slowly I still am having difficulty with discontinuation symptoms. My biggest symptom right now is numbness and tingling in my legs and feet. Makes me CRY 😢 and feel scared. But I just fight through it. I am down to 2 mg! I just want to be OFF this drug. I want to be myself again so much. I’m tired of feeling anxiety and being afraid to leave my house. I want me back. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Thank you for telling us that we WILL be ok. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 I’ve been using CBD to help and some days it does help. Some days it doesn’t. But on I go like a warrior! To claim my life back! 🛡️⚔️

Thank you so much for your video, I was put on amitriptyline and Klonopin for postpartum depression and anxiety, and I’m coming off of both. I’ve only got 2 mg of Valium left to come off of and I feel like I’m stuck like I feel like I’m gonna be stuck forever. Keep helping people please I don’t know what else you can do except RU-vid it will be very good for others I definitely when I start getting off the mirtazapine will probably keep watching you if you have anyone that could help me with a plan to get off that would be great I heard it’s the last tiny piece of the pill that is the worst that is what it was like with trazodone I was on such a tiny piece for like two months and then I just said that’s it and I was fine till week three and that’s when everything hit but it only lasted for about 10 days it happens a little bit now and then but not much praise be to Jesus I’m telling you now God is with me

Use to pace moan cry etc. Now it’s better, but seems to have shifted to a buzzing inside instead, along with dp/dr. If those two left I’d be on my way to getting there. Thanks so much dear. ❤ can’t wait to relax and watch hallmark movies lol ( also anxiousness keeps me from getting out and about Hopefully it will get better 68 years old. Mama too. Yes but you were able to go out . I have been on the floor screaming. pulling my hair. Wearing a blindfold. Vomiting. 24 7. Akathesia ripping my skin. Vertigo. Dilerium. Screaming. Solid head. Trapped inside m6 head. Sea engulfing me. Seeing the dead. My head disconnected from my body. Vomiting rocking 24 7 no bed.

Mellissa my left leg and left hand is half paralyzed due to cold turkey since 15 months. Did u have any such issues ?? Numbness weakness n pain in left hand and leg symptoms lik ms. Plz reply I feel this is damge not withdrawal. I was on klonopin and lexapro 13 years as prescribed.i tried to take nerve medication my acute symptoms come back. I am gonna be disabled one side now.

Your beautiful if there is a god your blessed to have a daughter through this make sure you look for her and always trying to fake it till you make it in front of her so she never sees anything. I still am extremely foggy I’m only 22 matter I know you’re a couple months ahead of me my daughter saw everything and it really bothers them they do not like me anymore. I can see that you have your emotions back when did they start coming back for you I don’t have anything and I’m going through divorce in the sucks

I got into Benzo and Antidepressants situation similar to yours but the catalyst in my case s Hyperthyroidism with my TSH barely in range now!And I do take Serouquel and at night for insomnia!I always looking for tips on how to improve my life at this point!Can someone help me?
